I decided to finally give in and get a data card holder for my rifle. I thought about the BLAMM card, but I never really liked the fact that its just a bit of 3-d printed plastic and rubber covered wire for $40ish. X-Ring Armory came out with their RDS earlier this year and it is, in my opinion, leaps and bounds the best data card system Ive seen. I like the fillable drop-chart that is included and it may come in handy, but I decided to do something that would help me a bit more while playing the PRS game. I've been, until now having to try to memorize my holds and drops from target to target when I shoot a stage. This has been awkward and problematic as you might imagine. With this in mind, I commandeered my womans Cricut machine and printed and cut some "stage cards" on heavy card stock. I get to try it out this sunday, but Im pretty sure it will come in handy. The plan is to use a wet-erase marker on the vinyl cover to fill in the boxes for the targets at each stage.
