I'm trying to figure this out myself but thought I'd still see what you guys think. That is what we're here for after all, right?

I'm using 77 gr Nosler CCs and AA 2520 powder. My rifle setup is a Centurion Arms DMR with a VLTOR VIS 3.

I'm thinking the 24.6 group, but I don't know..

Thanks in advance for any help!

24.7 grains would give the most potential for accuracy... then adjust seating depth at that level, and see how things go. These bullets might group better (MOA-wise) at longer range than at 100 yards, whereas they may not yet be stable (and "cork-screwing" around the perfect flight path due to wobble)... but as they settle down and stop wobbling or yawing, as it's called, they stop diverging from the intended point of impact.

I'm trying to save you some hassle here!

AA2520 is the most temperature sensitive powder I've ever had the displeasure of using, to the tune of 125fps from middle of summer to middle of winter. Why even bother trying a OCW with a powder that fluctuates that much in velocity, because you'll be cleanly out of any node you find next summer???

Although they are hard to find try to find some H-4895, Varget or the like which are much more temp stable.

I do have some Varget to try, I also have a few 69 gr SMKs. It's just easier to come up with Nosler 77s, so I was hoping to figure something out for the AA and 77 CC combo. I can also try shooting out to 200, but that's the limit of my range. My barrel especially likes Nosler 69s and Varget, though I haven't had much luck with SMKs. I guess I'm hoarding my Varget, as I only have two pounds.
