It is now clear that it has become the Communist Party of America

She isn’t doing this herself… this is the Communist Party of America. Finalizing its hijacking of the Democrat identity.

Don’t count this bitch out…. She is a mouthpiece for big, big money that wants to end the American dream.

I hope they find out the depths of the corruption behind this feckless twat fast…. And do the whole Dracula thing on her campaign. Wooden stake… in the figurative sense… for you glowies.

Night Vision SOLD Flir SXR Clip On (GP) Full Kit + Luna Trades $4.25k

Rare unit that is half PVS27 half PVS30 custom built by FLIR for a contract a while back (these things are awesome and very user friendly). Having owned multiple PVS30's and recently a CNVD LR, this is the best of all worlds and is the housing I would use were I to do another tube swap with Jay (just not in the cards for me). Optical collimation like a PVS30, easy to reach focus like the PVS24LR / PVS27 and the ability to handle real magnification / gather lots of light.

Took this as a partial trade, looking to get some cash. When these were available, they were listed at $5900 but I'll send this one to you for $5750 $5,000 $4250 shipped and I'll include a LUNA 3 and SF dual pressure pad (will add pics of that soon).

I spoke to Jay this week and he has some really nice tubes ready to find a new home!

SOLD Bergara B14R Rifle and 22LR Ammo

-Bergara B14R Rifle. Right hand 18in steel version. Bought this locally and it shot Lapua Center X extremely well at less than 1/2in at 100y. Unfortunately I won’t have time to get into rimfire as planned. The original seller did some work on the stock, add an Arca rail and it looks pretty good imho. This rifle feeds very well and has smooth bolt close/lift. Comes with a 20moa top rail, 2 mags, a Bergara B-14R Full Port Muzzle Brake and a Timney HIT trigger set at 7oz. SOLD!

-I also have 2100 rounds of 22LR ammo that are mostly CCI Standard Velocity. These did not shoot as well as the Center X but still great for cheap plinking. $150

Prices include shipping and insurance on me. Zelle or PP F&F. US50 only. Cross posted.

5.56 AR reloading: Can Anyone ID what would cause these weird triangle shaped scrape marks/dents just below the shoulder?

It doesn’t look like the same type of mark from too much lube during FL sizing. This actually has brass scraped off leaving an inverted triangle shape (most clearly seen in bottom row of bottom image).

Im going to toss this brass but was curious about root cause. My guess on the root cause is some debris in the chamber bc this mark was only on 10 out of my 50 pieces of brass

She is a democrat and a commie BUT introducing a package of bills to actually investigate law enforcement officers before hiring/ job swapping . A FIRST of its kind bill in this state - no more Brady officers just going down the road or across state lines and finding employment again - Listen to some of the things they mention in the story- unprovoked violence, assault, narcotics use , drinking on duty , wife beating and perjury. No longer will be able to play the shell game of resigning and moving down the road . Fucking Finally.

My guess as to the weapon used in the NY CEO murder

Looking at the blurry picture, my guess it is some model of Glock threaded for, and equipped with, a suppressor. The gun malfunctions and he manually clears the failure. I think it is gross over thinking to believe it is a Welrod or B&T Station Six. I've heard some suggest that the failure to eject was actually not a failure, but a slide lock to enhance suppression. First, both Welrod and B&T are NFA registered. Were these stolen? I doubt the shooter legally purchased either of these. Occam's razor would suggest that it is a Glock with probably a home-made suppressor. It's possible the suppressor was legally purchased. If so, it shouldn't be too difficult to find out who, between the ages of 21 and 35, purchased a suppressor and start with the Atlanta area where the shooter boarded a Greyhound bus. A home-made suppressor would do the trick and account for the failures as it probably didn't have a booster.

How smoothly should my resized cases load into the chamber with bolt ejector removed?

I just went through a process to find the lands in my barrel, by disassembling my Savage bolt, and removing the spring loaded ejector. During this process, I realized my resized cases would not allow the bolt to fall smoothly, without interference, when testing to see if the bullet was touching the lands.

I solved that issue with some new Lapua brass, but it got me looking more closely as to whether or not my Forster full length resizing die (with interchangeable neck bushings) was actually doing anything. I put some once-shot Federal brass in the die and it doesn't appear to be resizing the body of the case at all. It is making the neck smaller and lengthening the case though.

The dimensions on the case at the top of the body, near the shoulder, and the dimensions of the case at the "web", near the case head, appear unchanged. These dimensions are still larger than the specs the Hornady book suggests the case should be. I can still get the case to load, by turning the bolt down, but it is not interference free.

Should my die be resizing the brass to the book specs or smaller, to better fit in the chamber, or do I want a pretty tight fit with the cases?

I am going to start reloading 5.56 using LC brass. I need to remove the crimp from the primer pocket but I don’t want to swage. I would rather lightly trim the crimp out and give it a good bevel. I see 3 good options out there.

1. 21st century innovation adjustable depth uniformer

2. Burstfire crimp removal tool, I like this one because the cutter geometry seems to be a little more refined vs the other 2 options.

3. K&M uniformer. This comes preset but is adjustable.

Describe your perfect scope

Doing a little market research on the current state of riflescopes...what does your perfect scope spec look like? Length, weight, mag range, features, glass quality vs other features at a given price point, etc. per use case? What are some thing that currently available scopes are lacking for a given price point or use case?

Any and all feedback is welcome. Many thanks.

Are You Ever Amazed?

So, some time ago I was working on a new build and launched the buffer retainer and spring. I was able to find the buffer retainer but try as I may I was unable to locate the spring. I checked my bench, I checked and double checked open boxes around the bench. I don't know how long I spent on my hands and knees with flash light and magnets looking under the bench and everywhere else within reason with the room. I finally gave up and borrowed a spring from another lower parts kit to finish my build.

So tonight I'm assembling parts for another build and pulled out the lower parts kit that I borrowed the spring from. I decided to give it another try and broke out a flash light and magnet. I went back through the boxes and was ready to get down on my hands and knees and look under everything. I was at the corner of the bench where the spring went flying months earlier and looked down and what do you think I saw? You guessed it, the buffer pin spring laying in plain sight on the carpet! I couldn't believe it. Since loosing it I've worked on several projects in the same area and never saw it. Tonight it was right there, how could I have missed it.

Have you ever had a similar experience be it a spring, small roll pin or anything else?
