Rifle Scopes PRS/NRL22 scopes

Hello guys need ur help as I’m new to the game. So I’m noticing that the 22lr rifles I use with high power scopes 6-24 or 5-25 even 6-35 seem to do better than mid power scopes. A friend gave me a 1/8 moa 3-15x50 ffp scope that goes down to 15 yards. Anyways I really struggled when I’m doing adjustment from 50-200yards that I just used the hold over reticle marks. What is this scope supposed to be used for? Hunting? Also since the reticle is faint I crank up the magnification to 12x but it’s still hard to see the tiny dot in the reticle. If I’m just shooting 50 yards only I have no issues at all. Should I buy a high power scope for this rifle like my other 22s? This is a tikka t1x with 16inch barrel. Again it’s bullet on bullet at 50 yards and at 100 yards I have to do so many clicks up and waste so much ammo to resight the scope. What are ur thoughts?

More DUI for profit arrests- this time a dying man

Had negative blood test

He was having a stroke - and 7 hours later he got taken to the hospital. And now he’s blind and handicapped.

And of course the police lied about his being in custody .

This happened just over 2 years ago - at the beginning this DUI for profit piracy scheme.

Firearms Sig Sauer SSG 3000 + Unicorn Sig Chassis

This is an imported German version Sig Sauer SSG 3000 in the Sig chassis that never quite made it to market.

The chassis is serial number 7 of the prototype run. From my memory, they made a very limited run of these when they were going after a government contract. I got it from David Grimshaw at Sig Sauer years ago. It was manufactured by Ops^2 (see pic). Features include:
  • Folder, locks up solid. It has an adjustable bushing to take up any slack wobble
  • Access to quick change barrel system
  • Adjustable monopod
  • Adjustable LOP
  • Adjustable cheek
  • Adjustable butt
  • Chassis manual
The chassis has been lightly used, so there are minor marks, but its overall in very good condition.

The rifle is an imported German version. Low round count. One mag included.

Bipod not included.

$3000 shipped and insured in a hard case (lower 48). Money order only.

Chassis is SPF.

I'd take $1600 shipped and insured for the barreled action.

My Tale of Woe

So I installed a 4 zone 38,000btu mini split system 3 yrs ago . Absolutely put the window units to shame and cheaper to run . But alas , a long comes a power surge and ferrrnnnnt . Burnt the boards on all of the heads and the outdoor unit . WTF . $4,500 paper weight . Instead of ducking with swapping out board and possible fans I bought a whole new system .
$4,200 after tax and shipped . Exact same model . Plumbing , electrical and mounting brackets are already there .

So a little PSA . Get a whole house surge protector . It'll save you a ton O cash . Guy 2 doors down had the controller on his furnace get zapped at the same time . Almost 2G repair .

So what would the motive for this be???

Explosion at fertility/IFV clinic?

What or who protests this kind of place?

False flag?

Accident?

Looks like terrorism, but who would target a fertility clinic and why?

Enquiring minds want to know…

Sirhr

PS. I saw one possible comment that says the pro-life community does not like places where unused embryos are disposed of? Is this plausible? Strange, but it’s a heated issue…

Accessories Scammer alert @DHCM85.

Look like some asshole scammer @DHCM85. created an account almost identical to mine, just with a period at the end. He reached out to another member that I was working a deal with attempting to collect payment for the item. He has been reported. Please don’t post “an I’ll take it” or “message sent” on the for sale posts guys. It’s just an invitation to be scammed.

I need a 18” 5.56 barrel for a new build. I would prefer to have a cut rifle barrel but I am willing to consider something buttoned. What’s the consensus when it comes to accuracy?

Anothet FU from the Supremes

Apparently gang bangers in the country illegally deserve lawyers before being deported. WTF??

Firearms New Custom JTAC 8.6 BLK pistol featuring a Strasser straight-pull action and an 8-inch Faxon barrel

Custom JTAC 8.6 BLK pistol with a Strasser RS700 straight-pull action and an 8-inch Faxon barrel. Only 10-20 SUBSONIC rounds were fired. $3000 shipped to your FFL, or trade for either a ZCO or a Kahles K328i/K540i scope. Interested in models with Christmas tree reticles.

Essentially, it’s a much cooler version of Gunwerks' "The Accountant" rifle, priced at $13,500 but available for a fraction of that cost.

Rifle Scopes Comparison 3-18x50: Bushnell M.P. vs. Athlon ETR

Comparison:

𝐀= Athlon Ares ETR 3-18x50 FFP
vs.
𝐁= Bushnell Match Pro ED 3-18x50 FFP

I can compare the specs here.
Please, help me comparing glass and turrets! Thanks!!

🔸Min. Parallax:
𝐀
= 10y
𝐁= 12y tested [thanks, Jake!] (15y indicated)
🔸FoV (in ft @100):
𝐀
= 39.2-6.7
𝐁= 41.0-6.8

🔸Max. Elevation Adjustment:
𝐀
= 30mil
𝐁= 40mil

🔸Reticle Unit of Measurement:
𝐀
= in MIL and MOA available
𝐁= only in MIL

🔸Reticle: Thickness of the main line of the cross
𝐀
= 0.05 mil
𝐁= 0.06 mil

🔸Weight:
𝐀
= 31.4oz (890g)
𝐁= 28.4oz (805g)

🔸OAL:
𝐀
= 14.2" (36.6cm)
𝐁= 13.2" (33.5cm)

🔸Elevation Turret Type:
𝐀
= exposed elevation
𝐁= exposed, locking elevation

🔸Turret Turn Counter:
𝐀
= Turret turn counter (lines)
𝐁= Mechanical turn counter (pop-up pin)
I wonder if the 𝐁 zero stop with the pop-up pin will limit the turret travel to 20mil (instead of allowing the full 40mil).... 🤔

🔸Windage Turret:
𝐀
= exposed, locking
𝐁= capped, non-locking

❓ How does the glass and the turrets compare?

❓ When is it worth to spend the extra money on the 𝐀?

Thanks! 😊

Matthias
