The Harris campaign and allied groups burned more than $2.185 billion trying to prevent former President Donald Trump from completing the greatest comeback in American political history, according to Open Secrets.


The Democrats’ losing effort comes even though the Harris campaign outraised the Trump campaign. From January 2023 to Oct. 16, 2024, the Harris campaign raised $997.2 million, while the Trump campaign raised $388 million.
The vast sum of spending does not include millions of dollars invested in smaller amounts by Democrat-allied organizations. The top organizations that spent $2.185 billion include:

• Harris for President: $875 million
• Future Forward: $621 million
• DNC: $368 million
• Harris Victory Fund: $321 million

Forbes outlined the Democrats’ spending:

The Harris campaign raised $97.2 million in the first half of October alone, while the Trump campaign raised only $16.2 million, after Harris shook up what was previously a more evenly matched cash race (Biden and Trump had raised $284.1 million and $217.2 million in total as of the end of June, respectively).
The Harris Victory Fund—which raises money for both Harris’ campaign and Democratic groups—raised $1.2 billion this election cycle, according to a FEC filing released on Oct. 24.

Haven’t heard anybody mention this, but….

Trump clearly performed well. He outdid a lot of his 2020 vote counts by precinct. He crushed his own numbers in democrat stronghold cities. His total vote count is 72.6 M right now, and I’m sure that count is yet incomplete. She is sitting at 67.9 M votes right now.

So we are to believe that roughly 15 million fewer people voted in this election than 2020? During Covid? No fucking way, this was the most controversial election we’ve ever had. Trump pulls within 1.8 M votes of his 2020 total (could easily still beat that as many votes not totaled up yet for this round in AZ and NV) but she falls 13 MILLION votes short???

81 million votes in 2020 my white-overly-college-educated-male ass! No way that was real. None. The story that they stole the election with just a few thousand votes here and a few thousand votes there in swing states might have completely underestimated the depth of the fraud that occurred. Biden was a shitty candidate in 2020. Hid in his basement. Voter enthusiasm doesn’t explain this. So what does? Hmmmmm.

As pictured, the scope is in excellent condition with perfect glass. It was recently removed from a rifle that never left the safe. The scope was mounted in a Spuhr mount, and I did notice that the mount left very faint marks on the tube (very difficult to even get them to show up in the pictures). I am the original owner. Looking for my first high end scope. Want to keep it to these 4 brands, been down a ton of rabbit holes already but have it narrowed down. I would consider myself a mid range shooter in the 300-500 range, with longest take on a deer being 700. So 7-800 yards is important. This is an out west gun where I have never shot anything under 300yds. Light properties are important, along with clarity and durability. We do a lot of turret work so that important.

These are all the same price relatively, with the Maven on the low end and the NF on the higher end.

Sort of hesitant on boutique brands like Maven, only been around 10 years, long term warranty claims. NF almost falls into that, as well as being heavier and people not liking the reticle. Ive read some of the zero issues with Leupold, but dont know how much stock to put into it. The one brand I have not any rumor mill stuff from is trijicon

In a nutshell, what if they really went with a primary process. It would have likely been Joe and RFK Jr. Even if you toss in cackles McKneepads I have a feeling the majority would have gone with RFK.

I also have a feeling that we would be having different discussions today if it had been an RFK vs. Trump race.

Not sure if he would win a fair and square election, RFK that is, and I highly doubt the "machine" would have gone 2020 for him. But he is much more popular then Harris, that is not saying much, dog shit stuck to the bottom of your shoe is more popular.

I have always said that the "swamp" is evil, not stupid, does not matter if it is blue or red. That said I highly doubt that many of the high ups in both parties had any doubt that RFK would have won a general.

So why did they not run him, pretty simple he is not on their reservation. They could not control him, and really that is what they want.

So we circle around to they did not put their thumb on the scale on the Harris side, could be she is so distrusted no one would buy it, but it really does not matter the reason, they KNEW WHAT THE OUTCOME WOULD BE, TRUMP WINS.

So what is the game now, I doubt that other attempts on his life are off the table. They have a plan rest assured they have a next move, they play the long game remember. Something will come up you can bet on it.

Only blems are a bit of paint rub where the action meets the chassis and the faint outline of a sticker that my kid had put on the right side panel (see pics, first pic is when I took the sticker off, second pic is after a quick wipe with Dawn dish soap, had to take a pic in full sun to see it, should be fully gone with some elbow grease). Also included are 2 new in the package 10 round AI polymer 223 mags, 1 lightly used metal Accurate 10 round 223 mags, a lightly used 10 round AI 308 mag (might have used this mag once in another rifle), spigot, Atlas bipod (pic mount), 3 cheek piece spacers, and a Sawtooth rail.
