Deportation

I hear alot of talk about deportation of illegals(which I am 100% for) but no talk of the how.I mean what do you do to deport at minimum 20 million people?Who handles this? The military, the National Guard? How do you do it?Put them all on planes and point them south? What is the plan because unfortunately I can see it being done for 1 million never mind 20.We can however cut them off of any and all government services and benefits and try not to have any work here for them which may make them want to return home.We an also make it so hard for them to navigate our country by speaking and having the wriiten word only in English which may make it very hard for them to get along here but other than that I just dont see a physical deportation as much as I want one.

Franks mom passed away.

We woke up to a phone call from his brother this morning calling to tell us that their mother had passed away. Fortunately, she passed peacefully in her sleep. Frank and his daughter are flying out tomorrow to CT to be with family.

Barbra was an amazing lady. She was sweet, kind, generous, loving, funny and most of all spicy! She came from a family of seventeen (including her parents). She joins her sister Toni and brothers Butchy and Richie. She is no longer in pain, she peacefully getting her tan in heaven with all the best Italian food she could ever want! No white sauce!

Thank you for your support and love. We greatly appreciate it.

(Concluded) Opinion on following long-range rifles?

AI AT-XC
Bergara Premier Series (MGLite, MGMicro Lite, HMR Pro)
Christensen MPR
DD Delta 5 Pro
MPA PMR Custom Match
Seekins Precision Havak Hit/Hit Pro
Tikka T3x Tact A1

Would like to know personal experiences and opinions about the firearms mentioned above. I know that there are different intentions of usage etc. but what about a general long-range rifle (no competition or any of that deadly sniper training crap... just good old fun) that you can just shoot/practice and get better at it with?

Cutting the cord advice, tips and how-to's!

Been thinking about dumping Satellite TV.... Land Line... Sirius car radio, etc. for a while.

This weekend, as I was thinking about how the outrageous fees for DirectTV are going to fund piece of garbage networks like CNN and Disney... I think it is time to dump the whole lot and cut the cord. Not to mention probably saving about $3k a year!

First was Sirius... Which I didn't drop. But when I called to drop, they reduced my rate from $30 a month to $11.50. Which I am willing to pay for the convenience of having my truck connected. So while that's not cut... it's gone to 135 a year instead of almost 400.

Second is getting rid of the POS Satellite TV DirectTV which is stupid expensive AND my money goes to support Disney pedophiles and CNN propagandists... not to mention dozens of other useless DEI channels that are ONLY economic because I have to pay for them to get the two or three dozen channels I watch. So it has to go. I have a streaming/internet ready TV so don't even need a ROKU box. That's easy as long as I have Internet in the house.

Last, I'm going to get a Magic Jack (which allows me to port the home phone number onto it.... that has been at this house since the 1970s! That device hooks into Internet and lets me nuke land phone line and I know several folks who have them and say they work fine.

The issue is that nuking my land phone line kills my ISDN... which I want to get rid of. It's slow and expensive. And I have Starlink at the Shop which totally rocks. But I need to keep high speed Internet at the house. So I have a couple of options....

Door number one is to order another Starlink. It's about $500 and $100 a month (120 after introductory.) I'm ok with that. I install it on the house... and I have two Starlink accounts and I know they will work.

But where I am looking for some advice... my shop/barn StarLink is only really 'used' during the day. No bandwidth being consumed in the evening. When my house consumes bandwidth. So 'one' Starlink should easily do both buildings. BUT they are about 80 yards apart. I can 'just barely' pick up barn StarLink Signal from the house. But not enough for a reliable connection.

So what I am wondering is.... what do you guys use/have/etc. for Extenders. I actually have a Wi Fi extender at the house that reaches out to a security camera quite a ways from the house. So am thinking that a good directional extender of some kind or ???? would let me use one WiFi connection to do both buildings. There is a perfect clear line of sight of about 80 yards between the outer wall of the barn and the outer wall of the house.

I've seen some 'directional WiFi' panels for sale but not sure if they are pencil beams... or if I can find units that will do about 120 yards - 200 yards on an arc of about 30 degrees... to connect house and barn. Maybe there are some 'standard' hi-power extenders that people recommend? The one I have in the house is probably 10 years old and has worked great. If the tech has improved a lot in the last few years, maybe a regular WiFi extender is fine.

Thoughts? Any hardware recommendations?

Last, I have no security concerns. The nearest house is hundreds of yards away. Noone's going to be 'tapping in.'

Any other tips from you guys who have cut the cord? What to expect... concerns... DO's and Don'ts? Hardware recommendations, etc?

Thanks in advance... This place always has good advice!

(Soon to be ex Senator!) Bob Menendez Found Guilty on All Counts in Federal Corruption Trial

Sen. Bob Menendez, D-N.J., left, leaves federal court in New York, Monday, July 15, 2024.

Sen. Bob Menendez (D-NJ) was found guilty on all counts on Tuesday in his federal corruption trial.
ABC News reported:
Federal prosecutors in New York alleged the New Jersey Democrat accepted hundreds of thousands of dollars in bribes in the form of cash, gold bars, mortgage payments and more in exchange for the senator’s political clout. Three New Jersey businessmen who were also charged, along with the governments of Egypt and Qatar, were the alleged recipients.
The jury deliberated for about 13 hours over three days.
Menendez pleaded not guilty to the 16 federal charges, which included bribery, fraud, obstruction, and acting as a foreign agent.
Until his federal indictment, he was chairman of the powerful Senate Foreign Relations Committee.
The New Jersey Democrat “is the first sitting member of Congress to be charged with conspiracy by a public official to act as a foreign agent.”
Federal prosecutors claimed that Menendez had “put up his power for sale” in exchange for gold, envelopes full of cash, checks to his wife for a no-show job, and a luxury automobile. The FBI had found more than $400,000 in cash stashed in various places throughout his house.
“It wasn’t enough for him to be one of the most powerful people in Washington. Robert Menendez wanted all that power and he also wanted to use it to pile up riches for himself and his wife,” federal prosecutor Paul Monteleoni said on July 8.
Defense attorney Adam Fee claimed that the prosecutor’s case against the New Jersey Democrat was “cherry-picked nonsense” and accused prosecutors of “fudging” the facts.
“His actions were lawful, normal and good for the country,” Fee remarked.
ABC News continued:
Prosecutors told the jury that Menendez promised to use his power to help Egypt. According to the indictment, the arrangement was brokered by New Jersey businessman Wael Hana, a friend of Menendez’s wife, Nadine, who prosecutors said received the senator’s help preserving a halal meat monopoly.
During the trial, Menendez’s sister was asked why the senator had so much cash stuffed into his congressional jacket.
“It’s a Cuban thing,” Caridad Gonzalez said.

Jill Biden and Her Top Advisor Orchestrated the Hiring of DEI-Loving Secret Service Director, Who Refuses to Resign After Failing to Protect Trump

As The Gateway Pundit reported, President Trump was nearly assassinated Saturday night during a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, by a 20-year-old Democrat donor named Thomas Matthew Crooks.
Subsequent reports have revealed the numerous avoidable failures by the Secret Service to protect Trump and take out the gunman. Humiliating footage of petite females struggling to cover the 45th president and escort him out of harm’s way has also emerged.
Blame for this horrifying moment in American history has rightfully focused on DEI-loving Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle, who has refused to resign. Reports have revealed that instead of hiring the best possible agents, Cheatle has focused on ensuring more non-white and female agents regardless of qualifications.
In fact, her agency has set a goal of ensuring the Secret Service is 30% female by 2030, despite the fact women biologically are generally smaller and weaker than males.
This begs the question of why such a politically correct person was heading the Secret Service. According to the New York Post, all fingers point to Joe Biden’s wife Jill. It turns out she had a close relationship with Cheatle, which helped her land the job.
The Post notes that Cheatle, who served on Jill’s security detail, was well-liked by the “First Lady” and her staff, including top advisor Anthony Bernal.
The outlet further reveals Berna lobbied extensively for Cheatle to become Secret Service Director presumably at his boss’s behest. More infuriatingly, Anthony had no experience in law enforcement or experience so he should have been ignored.
Yet he and Jill got their way to the detriment of Trump.
From the New York Post:
Embattled Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle, who is facing congressional outcry and calls to resign over security lapses leading to former President Donald Trump’s near-assassination Saturday, landed her role thanks largely to a close relationship with First Lady Jill Biden, The Post has learned.
Four sources close to President Biden’s family, including people who interacted with Cheatle during the Obama-Biden administration, said she was well-liked by the future first lady and her most senior aides, including top adviser Anthony Bernal.
Cheatle served on Dr. Biden’s second lady detail and Anthony pushed for her, a Democratic insider told The Post. Anthony has no national security or law enforcement experience. He should have no influence over the selection of the USSS director.”
“I heard at the time she was being considered for director that Anthony had pushed her forward as an option,” another well-placed source told The Post.
This report also provides a plausible explanation for why resources were reportedly diverted from Trump’s rally to Dr. Jill’s poorly attended campaign event in Pittsburgh. When someone owes their job to another, favors are sometimes sought in return.

How is 7PRC better than 7 Rem Mag?

I was looking at possibly getting a 7 Rem Mag rifle but then I just decided to look at the 7 PRC. The 7 Rem Mag has more case capacity for power, uses the same bullet sizes, but I was watching a video and saw this and the PRC is kicking it's butt.

Was thinking of grabbing a Bergara B-14 HMR for $900. Would that be about the best 7 PRC rifle for under $1000?

I just picked up an Armalite Super SASS from auction and want to know what you would do.

I'd been keeping an eye out for a rifle that I can shoot suppressed, and this one came up for sale and I won the auction. The description is below.

"This auction is for an ORIGINAL ARMALITE SUPER SASS AR-10 RIFLE. This is NOT one of the new ones being produced. This item is chambered in 7.62mm NATO/308 Winchester. This one was purchased Originally by me some years ago from our distributors. I installed the TROY RAIL and MAGPUL PRS Stock, no longer available. This has the heavy stainless steel barrel and original competition trigger."

I just picked it up and noticed it does NOT have the adjustable gas block. There's no mention of the owner changing it, or any photo's that would show it. I was under the impression that the adjustable gas block was one of the defining features of the SASS. This seems like a pretty big thing that should have been disclosed. Would you send it back, or ask for a discount? What am I looking at cost wise to get it back to original configuration?

Original Army SF 5th Group used LaRue Stealth uppers!

I know that these aren't vintage rifles, but the Vintage Section of this forum also doubles as a place to post and discuss rare and historical firearms. Recently, Primary Arms sold some Army Special Forces 5th Group used LaRue Stealth uppers. These uppers were used on their deployment to Iraq in 2007 to 2008. These uppers were called "Stealth" because they were made to mimic the Mk18 Mod 1 uppers, but with more accurate heavy barrels. Just like the Mk18's, these uppers have a 10.3" barrel and quad-rail handguard. The heavier barrel in the Stealth uppers allowed the operators to transition from indoor CQB to outdoor longer-ranged engagements in the open desert.

At the end of their deployment they had to do a 1:1 swap with these Stealth uppers for Crane NSWC made Mk18 Mod 1 uppers. A few weeks ago these 5th Group used Stealth uppers were send from LaRue to Primary Arms. This has also led to an OPSEC/PERSEC issue for these 5th Group soldiers.

Their names are on the cardboard boxes and this ties them to the unit, and can possibly be used to dox them when they're currently working sensitive jobs. So, if anyone here has one of these original used uppers, please don't post the name that's on the box or tag. Please don't dig into it, there's no reason that collectors would ever need information on these individual soldiers. It honestly crazy that these boxes and tags weren't sterilized before these uppers were sold, and some people in the SF community aren't too happy about it. So, please don't dox these guys if you have one of these uppers.

I missed out on the original Primary Arms sale of these historical uppers, so I've been scrambling to find some on the collector market. Unfortunately, this also means that I'm now paying a lot more for these uppers than what they originally sold for. Primary Arms sold each upper for about $1,000 and I've been paying about $2,000 per upper on average. The painted uppers are very rare and obviously command a higher price. I've heard that a few of these uppers have traded hands between collectors for $4,000 to $5,000, but I haven't completely confirmed this. These uppers have some absolutely amazing history, and they'll only go up in value. If a big gun-tuber like Garand Thumb ever does a video about these uppers and more collectors find out about them, expect them to double or triple in price from their current value. We've seen that happen with other original military surplus items, such as the M40A1 return stocks and the Mk13 DRMO stocks/chassis. Of you find one of these uppers for sale at a decent price (right now that would be under $3,000), buy it! Or let me know about it so that I can buy it, lol.

Here's my 3 unpainted uppers and my painted upper:

Here's one of my original 5th Group used LaRue Stealth uppers on an SBR lower. The Aimpoint T1 red dot sight is military surplus and has a UID engraving on the top side, but it's not correct for this upper and I only mounted it because I had it on hand. I need to find an older Eotech to put on the upper.

1000013124.jpg

1000013125.jpg

Apparently some of these uppers also had silencers on them, but most of the soldiers didn't use the silencers when running missions inside buildings (they needed them as short as possible for indoor CQB, and the silencer made the rifle too long). I think the KAC NT4 might be correct for some of these 10.3" uppers with the 9" handguard, but the extremely rare version of the upper with 11.5" barrel 8.2" handguard that possibly used some kind of SureFire silencer. Here's one of my unpainted uppers with a KAC NT4 silencer:

1000013148.jpg

1000013149.jpg

The painted rear sight that's on one of my unpainted uppers is actually a perfect match to the painted upper that was missing a rear sight. I couldn't believe that I had the missing painted rear sight on one of these unpainted uppers! So, that painted rear sight is now on the painted upper, it's an exact match! Most of the uppers also come with test targets (maybe 100 yard?) and their boxes were from the Mk18 CQBR uppers that the Stealth uppers were swapped out with. Also, these uppers are heavily used and are absolutely filthy! They were definitely used on a lot of missions and each upper probably has numerous terrorist/insurgant kills attached to it!

Any guns or gun parts that can be directly linked to a top tier Army unit are extremely rare! In addition to these coming from a top tier unit, most of these uppers have a name on the box and/or tag that can be traced back to an individual soldier. I don't think we'll ever see another item like this that can be traced back to a single user, so that really makes these uppers unique. I have quite a few original firearms and gun parts that were used by top tier Army units. and have that history documented in some way. One of these days I'd like to get a few photos of all those items together in my collection.

Did anyone else here get one of these original Army SF 5th Group used LaRue Stealth uppers? If so, please post a few photos of it here in this thread (please remember to sterile the names in the photos). If anyone has one that they'd like to sell, please let me know as well. I have a few collector friends who would like to pick up one of these uppers, and I'm trying to help them locate a few uppers.

Hopefully you guys find these historical uppers to be interesting and hopefully other people here will have some photos and/or information to add to this thread! Please let me know if you guys want to see more photos of the uppers in my collection, I'd be happy to share more photos if needed!

AI AT-XC action vs Terminus Zeus

Looking to get everyone's thoughts on this..

AI At-XC Action VS Terminus Zeus Action

I am either going to wait and buy AT-XC or do a custom build using terminus Zeus Action in AI AT-X Chassis.

What would make the AI worth the extra 1500? other than its an AI and its cool.

I have read very good things about the Zeus action and its reliability.

Rifle would be used for PRS style shooting along with possibly hunting with a Carbon barrel.

It's not DEI. It's DIE. Let's get that right

So people keep talking about DEI. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Yeah... whatever. Faggots.

The acronym is backwards. It is DIE.

Diversity, Inclusion and Equity. DIE

Because however you want to describe it, when you use Diversity, inclusion and equity in your hiring or your organizational structure... people DIE. At Boeing. At Amtrak. In Hospitals. At Rally's in Butler, PA. In the Military. On police departments. In fire departments. In engineering accidents.

DIE is killing people.

We DO NOT any longer refer to DEI.

We refer to the hiring and retarded staffing practice as what it is. DIE. Diversity, Inclusion and Equity. Because the practice causes people to DIE.

You heard it here first.

DIE motherfucking lefties woke faggots. It's your mantra. DIE! You should embrace DIE. You should yearn for it. You should be the DIE.
