Jerome Powell? But that’s my question: where is the documentation from the iaea or some such regarding this? And how is it that they have been weeks away from getting this 60% to weapons grade for two decades?
I certainly get "No Boots on the ground." As for Regime Change, are you saying that there should be no Regime change at all, or that the USA should not be "in charge/responsible" for affecting that regime change? Point being, if the regime doesn't change, somehow, those same leaders will just start their nuclear campaign over again. We'll be doing this again and again. Each time we destroy it, they'll rebuild it. I think the regime needs to change, but we in the US don't have to be the ones doing it. It should be the Iranian people, themselves.
“The IAEA report only speaks about “particles,” suggesting that Iran isn’t building a stockpile of uranium enriched above 60% — the level it has been enriching at for some time.” From the AP.It was literally released days before Israel attacked, around the time IAEA announced that Iran was in breach of their nonproliferation obligations.

UN report: Uranium particles enriched to 83.7% found in Iran
Inspectors from the United Nations nuclear watchdog have found uranium particles enriched up to 83.7% in Iran’s underground Fordo nuclear site.apnews.com
But that’s my question: where is the documentation from the iaea or some such regarding this? And how is it that they have been weeks away from getting this 60% to weapons grade for two decades? Why enrich uranium to 60% when it has no reason for "peaceful purposes"?
Before the half thousands increments and people mandreling the neck for seating bullets, people used a turning arbor and expanding mandrel for neck turning only. The Sinclair ones are OOS, but I see what you mean now about the 21c ones being less than I thought. So with 21c having every half-thou increment under the sun, should I get -.001, aka .242 for 6 gt? I don't really understand why people are recommending .002-.003 neck tension but -.001 mandrel sizes in various places.
And what is the difference/need for a turning arbor? Not much info on the 21c site except that they say "you can use the arbor *as* an expanding mandrel". Do I need both?
And I assume this is not a substitute for FL sizing, right? So you would FL size, then mandrel, then clean? Or if using their dry moly lube, maybe you can FL size, then clean, then mandrel?
