It passed the house 215-214. IF it passes the Senate, it goes back to the house where the whole thing dies…Final text released from Senate Finance Committee.

Only machine guns and destructive devices would remain NFA items, and it makes a very good attempt at fixing state law problems in states that require NFA registration for such items (e.g., Georgia). I would still feel more comfortable with a state law statutory change, but take a look at it and share your thoughts.
So basically it takes this:
26 U.S. Code § 5845 - Definitions
www.law.cornell.edu![]()
(a)Firearm
The term “firearm” means (1) a shotgun having a barrel or barrels of less than 18 inches in length; (2) a weapon made from a shotgun if such weapon as modified has an overall length of less than 26 inches or a barrel or barrels of less than 18 inches in length; (3) a rifle having a barrel or barrels of less than 16 inches in length; (4) a weapon made from a rifle if such weapon as modified has an overall length of less than 26 inches or a barrel or barrels of less than 16 inches in length; (5) any other weapon, as defined in subsection (e); (6) a machinegun;(7) any silencer (as defined in section 921 of title 18, United States Code); and (8) a destructive device. The term “firearm” shall not include an antique firearm or any device (other than amachinegun or destructive device) which, although designed as a weapon, the Secretary finds by reason of the date of its manufacture, value, design, and other characteristics is primarily a collector’s item and is not likely to be used as a weapon.
and turns it into this:
(a)Firearm
The term "firearm" means a machinegun or a destructive device.
There is a little more to it (see link to the text of the bill above), but that is the basic gist of it.
Let's hope it passes the full Senate.
The real magic on the bore is the patent-pending process - even if it's kind of a pain in the ass for us.Just got a set of your Hunt rings for a sportsman build.
IMO you have hands down the best rings/mounts on the market at the moment. They are machined so well that the tube doesn't even want to turn before being torqued. You guys are really on to something machining the bore and not leaving it anodized, which I suspect decreases the co-efficent of friction and can lead to slippage. The index pin is something that should be on every ring/mount.
The fasteners are excellent. The packaging is excellent. The supplied tools are excellent. The price is a bargain for what you get. Kudos and Congratulations for making these!
So youre saying "Dont drop the soap in the shower."?The turks follow our lead, they fuck everyone at some point.
I also clean every 100-125 rounds, and clean to bare metal every 200-250... so maybe that might be why I'm not seeing the same buildup that others are.
Peanuts in a small bottle coke. Youre making me nostalgic. I remember when those little Cokes were $00.05 from the machine. Throw in a pack of Winston's and your trip to the store was complete. From the South here
My grandpa & uncle owned a grocery store , I grew up on RC’s & Moon pies !
Second favorite treat was peanuts in a small bottled coke.![]()
Like you said earlier, Israel is the biggest threat right now.One of the great ironies of this war is that it's allegedly being waged because a country who doesn't have nuclear weapons and is a member in good standing of the non-proliferation treaty, is being accused of a country that secretly has nukes and isn't part of the non-proliferation treaty of attempting to build nukes (with no evidence to back up that assertion and counter to US intelligence assessments).

I saw something on the news that said the 2nd degree charges are because only a Grand Jury can make a 1st degree charge in MN, and when it goes to them the charges will probably be upgraded. I'm not sure if that's true, but if so, Dinesh should know that.
Iran has too many allies for this to occur in any reliable manner.Only thing left is blockade all the Iranian ports and stop the food imports.
No, not dead. Only beaten back into retreat until the political climate changes again to allow its return.
I bet your favorite thing on the menu would be the crispy tossed salad.View attachment 8711709
I built one I was going to put on a ranch vehicle using an M2 propane gun.
Goo plan. Turks have repeatedly fucked both the Kurds and Armenians. We should have sent half the force right through Iran when we went into Iraq and the other half left and then double back up through Turkey. Give the Kurds and Armenians Turkey and then let Israel handle Lebanon and Palestine. What fun that would have been![]()
I'll criticize Israel right her right now. Brutal, murderous thugs who seek world domination by whatever means available. It's a pipe dream. It would never happen. But I think the Western world should push for it.
The biggest foreign threat to the USA is Israel. Not China or Russia, or North Korea. Israel.
They drag us into catastrophic regime change operations in the ME which turn into unwinnable "forever wars" at the cost of trillions of dollars and thousands of lives. They are the largest recipient of US aid. They spend hundreds of billions influencing our elections, to the benefit of a foreign government. They spy on us, and one of the achievements from that is stealing our nuclear technology and illegally building a stockpile of nuclear weapons. They are the most provocative force in the ME, waging constant warfare against its neighbors.
Hell, the only country you can't legally criticize in the United States is Israel. We can criticize our own government, but it's illegal to criticize Israel. How messed up is that?
Actually, if you just got rid of Israel, 98% of the problems would clear up on their own. Back to tribes frighting tribes over chickenshit differences in Islam. And they'd stop hating us so much because we wouldnt be supporting Israel. Win/winRemoving both of those country's over there, would solve three issues at once,...
