Vudoo closed the doors…

From what I've seen, emissions are done. There are several youtube channels going on about it now. And from what I was told, from someone who pays more attention to this stuff than myself, ford and dodge are producing trucks next year without emissions equipment.

I'm curious if it will carry over into the heavy equipment sector. I'd like to delete my tractor.

Make diesels great again.
This is a worthy topic as long as tractors can be deleted.

I doubt it unless deletes become legal. I still have everything I would need, and it was profitable.

Long Action feeding Short Cartridges (AICS)

To confirm, the AICS PMag you’re referencing is the non-CIP length magazine.. correct?

If the 300WM metal mags work effectively for .308 in the method you’re describing, I feel like that would be a clear answer. I’ve always thought “tweaking” metal mags just meant bending the feed lips… if you’re confident that this is a great solution, then I will follow suit. Also, are you saying that “tweaking” is expensive, or just that metal mags tend to be expensive? Thanks for your time.
Metal mags are expensive compared to the PMags from MagPul.

The metal mags with modified feed lips generally work fine but they're almost 3x the price of a PMag so that factors in for a lot of folks.

Ingenuity Powder System

OK, I am on the cusp of ordering one of these printed precision. The maker has an exact timeline of his new PCB boards on his website which got held up because of tariffs and are now expected to get in at the beginning of the third week of August.

What are the odds that ingenuity is going to be released by the end of this month without additional delays? My own estimate is about five to one odds that it will not be released by the end of the month and there will be an additional delay, but I’m interested in what others think

For those not into odds, that means I’m putting the breakeven point at about 80% that it is not released by the end of August. If it’s that level or higher Im buying printed precision

DeLane Development Group Rimfire Ventures

It's Official:

The X-Series Magazine Line is in Phase 1 Prototyping and thanks to the fluid movement of the V-Series through prototyping, I expect the process for the X-Series can be accelerated.

The focus in getting this project locked is to validate parts density for the production work-holding convention. Based on the outcome of that process, the determination will be made if the 17 round versions of the V-Series and X-Series will be possible with just one tombstone.

For those just tuning in to the DDG Group, the V-Series Magazines are backward compatible with the V-22 Repeaters and the X-Series are compatible with the Zermatt RimX. Both Series are vertically adjustable while inserted via a provided, validated process.

The actions I'm working on will feed from either.

Rifle Scopes PLXC 2.5-20×48

I really don't understand the point of it existing with the NF NX8 also existing.
Thats like asking why an FDE Nightforce ATACR in 7-35 exists when an FDE Tangent Theta in 7-35 exists.

I have a 2.5-20 NX8, but im open to trying something different to see if there is something I like better about it. (I dont LOVE the 30mm tube or the NX8 turrets)
