What freebore did you go with on that 37xc?
Mine is a .225 and I have a feeling the lead core bullets are going to work better. To keep the bullet even halfway in the neck of the case with CEB 400’s I’m going to be jumping quite a bit. And if everything I’ve read and heard is true, these bullets aren’t nearly as forgiving and want to be closer to the lands.
I had JGS make me a custom reamer w my specs specifically for the CEB 400 Laser. . My freebore is .125. .

I have had great luck w solids over the years but it usually takes a specific FB and fast twist to get them to shoot.. I agree 100% .225 FB isn’t ideal for solids and wouldn’t waste my time shooting them in a .225 or the newer .250 FB version.

Oddball Horus Reticle? 4,000 meter stadia lines? Anyone have any insights?

So it is an H-38. Which was made for ELR.

There is an old thread here referencing them.

Definitely an oddball!! Very crowded right to the top of the scope!

So far nothing on Horus site specifically on the H38. But similar to the H-58 I think. I have one of those on my TacOps.

As this will likely go on a .300 Norma magnum…. The 40 mils of hold will be… interesting!

Still looking for an official reference!

Back in the 80’s on 60 Minutes they were interviewing “prepers”. The reporter asked one of them why they needed an AR 15? The guy said: if I’m hungry and someone has a loaf of bread and wants to trade me for my AR, I’ll walk away with my AR and the loaf of bread after I’m done.
🤣🤣🤣👍👍👍

Muscadine?
No. Not grapes. Not Muscadine. Not edible. Those little fuckers actually grow here in CO and survive the winters, which muscadine grapes do not. I don't remebr what it's called though. 99% it's poisonous though.
