Def not DOT. From what I was told mine was a Marine Corp Tow missile hauler. Bought it three years ago. I used to drive it once in a while. Then developed a battery issue (wouldn't hold a charge more than a few days. Then replaced both batteries with two new correct mil batteries and those lasted a year. Right now it has the cheapest walmart batteries I could get that kinda fit......those cheap pieces of crap have been holding a charge fine for over a yr and a half.

lol. . . it depends.
A chronograph is good at telling you how well you're reloading your cases (like, how consistent they are). But, it's not definitive on what load works best in your particular gun, though consistency in cartridges helps a lot. A chronograph is not necessary for load development as it's the target that'll tell you when you have a good load.
For ELR shooters, knowing what MV to input into their firing solution is a big deal.

Not that it would matter that much if they did……….
Don’t get me wrong, I don’t want them to take the house, but I don't trust the Republicans either, they talk a lot and usually end up doing little to nothing or worse, like keeping a silencer bill from going forward. Oh, they keep us all polarized for sure with all their rhetoric, but it’s just a bunch of hen house strutting and clucking from a bunch of thieves.
