It’s funny that he mentioned talking about cheaper bolt actions when I was trying to figure out if I was looking at a dollar sign right there.

Is it just me, or does the bolt lift on his rifle appear effortless?

Is it possible that my AIs have stiff bolts because they aren’t worn in?!

This has been a long - standing gripe of mine whenever I see others shoot.
My MC and AW cycles about the same way. But they are both old and very seasoned. I have shot some of the newer rifles, I think they feel similar, you can tell it's not the same. I'm thinking of the new guns have a different coatings on them which causes the drag and what causes the not so smooth cycling of the gun.

Work compensation --how would you handle this?

1. As an employer I will pay you the least I can possibly get away with and you still give your all.
2. I want an employee to be just as aggressive for himself as his work. Meaning, come into the office and lay out how you are a benefit to the company and what your value is to the competition or similar role in another industry. I've had people come and say that they have an opportunity to take a job elsewhere that pays XYZ dollars (I knew what the other place was paying). Some I told that I could not match that but I could go as far as XYZ dollars and I wish them well if they decide to leave.
3. An individuals compensation is not something in the forefront of day to day operation. Meaning, the squeaky wheel gets the oil. It's on you, Clark Griswold. But don't have cousin Eddy bring the boss home giftwrapped.

Heya lads!

I will be getting another batch on the go shortly, and am actually going to be doing a one of run of brass covers at the request of a pile of the local PRS guys here. Weight should be around 925g for the brass compared to the 305g of the 6061. They will be more expensive of course, but should be cool.

Is the March FX 4.5-28x52 my new ZCO?

Bumping this but for those on the fence... The new March PRS is the real deal. I'm a die hard ZCO zealot and have half a dozen of them. The new March does shit I couldn't believe until getting behind it. The build quality , fov ect are all great. With the 26* eye piece I can shoot on 29-30 power with the march and have the same FOV as a ZCO 527 at 20x. Brandons reticle is one the best I have seen. That's cool but the big enchilada is how this optic handles mirage. NOTHING and I mean nothing I have looked through cuts through mirage like this march. Tangents ZCO, hensdoldt...nothing. What looked like a blob in the ZCO was a well defined steel target where I could see the paint and impacts in rolling mirage ( hot as hell and windy). So good infact, I sold a brand new 840zco to buy the march. I took a look again this last weekend through a buddies at a match and it just reaffirmed the choice. The only downside is they are hand built and have a long lead time. I would pay a lot more to have it in my hands today. I shouldn't post this because now I got to compete with everyone when I order #2 and #3 but these things are something special. You would be doing yourself a huge favor to find someone with one and look through it.
So far it's my sharpest optic, rendering, color, resolution, the FX field of view is a must. What I can't figure out is how they do it in such a compact space. There are many great optics on the market but the March FX series has about the best glass IMHO. Waiting on a 40 or 42x to go on sale.

Ammo Hornady 6ARC Ammo

I have 16 boxes of Hornady 6mm ARC 108gr ELD Match ammo. $27 a box and looking to sell the lot as a whole. I’m constantly finding more rounds lying around so I will include those free of charge as I find more. Probably closer to 340 rounds total.

Lot # 3240392
