Looking for an an affordable and accurate AR-15

I can't get it to shoot tight for whatever reason.

I can shoot my bolt guns into one tiny hole, so it's not me I don't think. I'd just like a 1" group at 100, but consistently getting around 2-3" with most loads. Shooting different weights of factory match hornady ammo
There's your problem.

How far are you taking these prairie dogs?

DNI Tulsi Gabbard releases report on Treasonous Conspiracy against Trump

you have a point. i am still in the shit in 1 hand wish in the other zone. it looks like i can guess which hand will fill 1st.
Trump team is catching a lot of flack from the MAGA base. that mostly on foreign affairs-Ukraine,Israel,now Venezuela?
domestic? making the right show but not much action. hard to say if some lack of action is "ROL" or just entertainment for the serfs.

CHINA WAR INEVITABLE...SOONER THAN LATER

So, you think we're a hegemony, and you have no problem with China supplanting us, because we're no better than they are?

The great thing about being a cynical conspiracy theorist is never having to say you are sorry or wrong, because every piece of information that does not conform to your preconceptions is dismissed as propaganda.

Not impressed with your analysis, not China's patents. They are notorious for stealing and do so all the time. That CCP stooges apply for Chinese patents on tech they stole would only surprise you. China has come a long way fast, but it has entirely been by stealing, and they literally have no ethics about anything. They worship power and the state. Life on this planet with them as an actual hegemon ain't gona be like you think it is.

Camera - not game.

A few unorganized thoughts....

Get an old school wired setup and stick the camera out the back door and the monitor inside, you'll need power.

Get one that Bluetooths to the phone so you don't need service/net.

If you don't have service, you won't have hotspot.

Deer act different. The ones in south Alabama don't keep their heads down to eat. They grab a bite and look around frantically while they chew and live a life of panic worse than a rabbit. I swear if I fart in CO they'll prolly spook in AL. Deer in CO for the most part are pretty chill.... until second rifle season.

Does the TAC3 not shoot well enough?

If it doesn't I would consider handloads, a good barrel, a good trigger, and a good scope and mount.
I can't get it to shoot tight for whatever reason. I don't have time to hand load for another caliber and don't shoot my AR really except for prairie dog trips once a year, so it's not worth putting that much time into.

I've been running my Vortex PST Gen 2 5-25 on it. Trigger is a Giesele (or however you spell it).

Garmin Foretrex 901 and the system

You cannot connect the 901 to 2 applied ballistic devices at the same time. You will have to switched between the AB binos and ab calypso. Not that big of a deal really for me as the 901 pulls env updates from the AB calypso on a 5 min poller. You can overrider this by turning env auto update from on to off. Be sure to know what windage mode you have set in your 901 because this will determine how you position the calypso. Let the calypso run then just switch in the 901 from the bino to the calypso and pull the fresh wind data. Then turn environment update back to off. Connect back to binos and perform normal operations. IMO the calypso just giving wind data is a bummer. I wish it was a full station like the kestrel. Also wish it had an internal compass so you could just set it and forget it. I know the calypso is using the AB api to communicate with the 901 but It would be slick if it connected to the other position like the kestrel leaving the AB device connection open for the binos. However, this does work for the kestrel and AB binos connected same time to the 901 but it is unstable and will crash. I have been working with Garmin support the last week trying to get them to take the log files to try and work out their memory leak.
