Finish/stain for reloading bench ?

The last big project I did was satin oil based poly with two coats with a scotchbrite sand in between to get the dust, bugs and debris out followed by another light scuff w/ scotchbrite and more poly thinned about 25% with mineral spirits to put a thin coat that flowed out well to make it pretty.
I just built an engine parts working fixture with scrap plywood and had to remind myself "Fixture not Furniture".

India vs Pakistan

A better deal than the Russians? (800 a day... 800 a day... 800 a day... 800 a day...)

OK, sounds good to me!

8000 a day... 8000 a day... 8000 a day... 8000 a day... 8000 a day... 8000 a day...
:D:D:D

The caste system was just a fake set of rules created by degenerate scumbags to keep the upper hand.

Hinduism and the idea that by dealing out cruelty to those in the greatest need you were "helping them out" by purging their bad karma so that they they can come back in some future life and have the upper hand like you is SATANIC and EVIL.

BTW- that's really what they believe. I've witnessed it first hand and it was CRAZY. The H1B victim was shaking and traumatized and told me "This isn't the caste system anymore! This is why we came to the United States!"

EDIT: His tech skills were only very basic, and to be honest he was lazy... but the boss was less than worthless- just a big zero.

He took it though- because he was Hindu and he believed it was his lot in life to suffer at the hands of a person with a "-ishnan" name.

Agree with you 100%. I remember a conversation I had with the same guy and according to him the caste system was a GOOD thing because it ensured societal stability. If you're a rat catcher, all of your subsequent descendants will be rat catcher - no need to ever hope for anything better. Everybody knew their place and lot in life.

Remarkably, there have been and may still be, discrimination lawsuits being filed here in America because lower caste members are alleging that high caste members are perpetuating the same old BS. That ancient outmoded way of thinking should not occur here - OUR house OUR rules.

Another win.... Modelo sales dropping for first time in a decade...

Shiner is for tourists.
See the Alamo. Drink a Shiner Bock. Go home.

Lonestar is for export to “cowboy” theme bars in New York.
“Hey Linda. Look at me. I’m drinking Lonestar like a real Texan.” Le eye roll.

Yuengling is for skinny Jean wearing hipsters.
BiL brought a 12er over a while back. The best thing I could say about it is that it was unremarkable. And, pouring one in a pot of beans didn’t fuck them up.

NEW From Zermatt Arms - RimX Actions

@littlepod

One piece weight.
Moved internal weight outboard.
Added ARCA flush to chassis.
The intent was keeping same weight and balance when I switched from the Mk 4hd to the Kahles K540 while adding more rail length.
Rifle is 21 pounds and balanced 4.5” ahead of the mag well and although this is the Pro II chassis, it is not the hogged out aluminum stock.

Sidearms & Scatterguns Stubborn RMR screws

They’re not stripped. Optic is on a C+H plate. Still have good bite with the Allen key, they just won’t budge. I’ll try some heat with the solder pen first. If that doesn’t work, I’ll just take it somewhere. I’d like to get some torx screws to replace these stupid Allen heads.
Heat with a soldering iron. Torx drive 6-32s are harder to find compared to phlipps drive and phillips head screws are more than capable of taking the breakaway torque needed to overcome blue Loctite plus 16 - 18 lbf-in of torque.

They are all that I use on my trijicon pistol red dots.

ETA I just noticed it's a C&H plate with its stupid bosses and tiny 4-40 screws. When you get the optic off take the plate off too and replace it with one that uses what the optic is supposed to be screwed down with: 6-32.
