23 is written on the action, was told it was from the last run of rifles (2024).

Bolt binds a little when pushing forward, amd bolt lift is pretty damn heavy.
It is improving with dry fire though, still haven't shot it yet.

No rifle will be reliably 1 moa or better unless you're planning on shooting premium match ammo. Bulk 55gr won't get it done. So make sure to plan/budget for that.

Based on your criteria, I would steer you toward the JP.

He pops-up threw the fog, was in full makeup, Negro skin color, full Afro hair, and Hendrix stage clothing. You would swear to god it was Hendrix come to life and jamming. Just was ripping it up perfectly hammering out all Hendrix's tunes, even playing with his teeth, behind his back, never missing a lick.

You didn’t ask me but the 2 18” Grendel RTR’s I have don’t string when they get hot. They handle heat as well as any other spr profile barrel I have.

Just about anything will work fine. Guns don't really require being super accurate but I would make sure it's repeatable.

U can find some on ebay, also like other people have said a std rem 700 wrench will work if u remove the ejector.
