Well it's either WMLRF with old scope or new scope and no WMLRF, but a budget LRF like Sig Kilo 3 or sm. lol

so around 1500 for scope and 400ish for LRF (plus rings). there goes 2k

Right about here, ish… These would be the absolute max for average group size at 50 yards, I actually expect better with very good ammo (not necessarily stringently lot tested for that rifle) in perfect conditions. At 100 yards 0.7-0.8/0.85 inch is about what I expect. Beyond that I don’t care because to me that proves the rifle is capable and it’s is a matter of finding the best ammo. I am talking in terms of 5 round groups for at least a 30-50 rounds or 10 round groups for 5 groups or so. Something like that.

I have owned several rifles that were able to repeat this over the years, all were shot prone with a bipod and light weight rear bag. For a true Benchrest rifle I would expect better.

I do agree with everything Justin armature has said over the years about groups don’t really matter if they are not centered up, but IMO that is more on the shooter than the rifle. Especially when shooting in a fashion other than pure Benchrest.

For a little more on this, if I have a rifle that no matter what I do will not consistently shoot in the 1/2 MOA range at 50 yards I will either rebarrel it or sell it hard stop.

what is the hides opinion on ballistic advantage barrels

I prefer to assm. uppers with accuracy being preferred... and BA / Aero barrels tend to be a "hit or miss" in that dept.

A respected barrel is a inexpensive cost , compared to the ammo's cost used during a barrels life... so why not buy a better barrel for about a $120 dollars.
We all are willing to buy "expensive" ammo ,in hopes of improving accuracy, and tend to spend that extra "$120" on ammo trying to make a inexpensive barrel shoot to our expectations.
To me, buying a more precision oriented barrel, is worth more than a more expensive trigger or "fancy" BCG. ( How ever I do like a better trigger, Lol )

I have had great results from Criterion barrels... so IMHO, that is money well spent.

The gain in overall general accuracy, has been worth it to me... even in less prone to accuracy built uppers.. ( 300BK / 5.56 Pistols. )

That said, BA and Aero have their place in the AR world. They all seem to work and meet a spot in the AR market.

Are they still in Business? I ordered some a couple years ago. Took my money and never sent a thing. Reached out via every form of contact and never got a reply. Ended up doing a chargeback. Saw god reviews but it was an odd experience.

Senate testimony about the clot shot is going on. The first guy i saw was talking about how scientists and public health officials were very forthwith publicizing any potential dangers of the jab, and that claiming there was absolutely no cover up of dangerous side effects.

Then the next guy starts in about how many lives the COVID jabs saved by reducing the severity of disease. And how Trumps cuts are going to effect vaccine safety.

So not only will nobody be hanged for it, if we let them sort it out. We are going to have to listen to a bunch of bloviating retards, retell all the lies from 2020-2023 as though they haven't been proven false.
