Thanks!You need to login to cloud sync in the settings. Once logged in, restart your phone. Check to see if it updates. If it does not, send in a support ticket through the app with as much detail as possible.
Hard game to balance what to display and what not to. Right now we are in a middle ground of what users have asked for, and what users have asked for less of. But the HUD should afford you a large display without much clutter.
Hold this thought for a bit.
I think you might benefit from deleting the app. Restarting the phone, and clean installing it. DO NOT DO THIS until you log into web sync and backup your profiles.
Just tried all that:
- Logged in for Cloud sync using the same Google account as used for Play Store
- Checked the app, "Subscription level: Ultralight"
- Restarted the device
- Checked the app, Cloud sync logged in, subscription level is still "Ultralight"
- Completely removed the app
- Restarted the device
- Reinstalled the app
- Logged in again with the same account
- Still the same: Cloud sync logged in, subscription level "Ultralight"
