22 creedmoor

I’m looking to build a 22 Creed but have a couple questions.

It’ll be a dedicated coyote rifle and I wanna shoot 75gr bullets. Thinking the ELD-M.
I’ve got a Proof carbon barrel cert that I’m going to use. Planning on a 22” for easy maneuverability, not suppressed. Should I go with a 7 or 8 twist?

Regarding brass, I have a cert for free Lapua brass. I was thinking of just getting 6mm creed and necking it down. I already have a 6.5 creed Type S die. Could I use this with a smaller bushing to size all my brass? Or should I be looking for a 22 creed die?

FUBAR times 6!

It's that mark/indentation up at 1 o'clock position. I knew I took a picture of it. LOL!

That's a new feature. You can easily adjust the headspace by changing the amount and thickness of the chips and have all the peace of mind of a shouldered and torqued barrel without having to resort to a barrel nut.

You can even compensate for that reverse canted scope mount by putting additional/thicker chips at the 6 o'clock position on the receiver face to push the muzzle up.

IMHO, muzzle brakes belong on artillery pieces. To each their own.
Every centerfire rifle that will accept one has a muzzle brake here. It's where the suppressor goes.

And because rules, Wilson is settling in nicely, I think he's happy with his new home.

What is your favorite folding knife?

There are a ton of great knives under $250, but I also wanted it made in the United States and I was originally looking for another ZT to replace the 0562CF that I thought was lost last year . My ZT 0562CF was my main edc for years and I would not have even looked for a new knife if I didn’t think I lost it on a trip. I grabbed my ZT 0630 (Emerson designed with the wave) to carry and there is nothing wrong with it, but I didn’t love it like the 0562CF. Going down the rabbit hole led me to CRK and finally the Umnumzaan in Magnacut (63-64 RC). Then I went back and forth between the Drop Point which is a more practical blade profile and the Tanto. I grabbed the DP last year and love it but then saw CPM closing and grabbed the Tanto this year as well which I carry now. Another thing CRK does that is uncommon is their Spa Treatment. So when I eventually send in one to get resharpened, I’ll carry the other until it comes back. Having both the sand blasted and glass blasted finish, my DP sand blasted will eventually get the glass blasted finish.
IMO my search for folder is now complete. I have way more folders than I need and my kids should be covered as well.

Now when it comes to fixed blades I like mine in 3V, Magnacut or the new Magnacut variation whatever it will be called. I will be buying fixed blades and Tomahawks I don’t need just because 😏

$10 MILLION BOUNTY LIFTED!

Talking to the Syrians about this is one VERY strange activity.

This is what it’s like talking to them about Palestine:

1. They'll all express support for the Palestinians
2. They're all hung up and wouldn't let go of their pro - Assad or anti - Assad convictions
3. #2 throws the entire discussion into a mess because they'll start their litany of all sorts of tribal grievances amongst each other justifying and reputing all sorts of whatnot irrelevant to the issue of the Palestinians
4. #3 happens when you ask them about Assad probably being the only major player enabling a reliable flow of arms (from Iran) to Hamas (not that Assad is an Angel, he's truly an evil little shite)
4.5. They'll ignore your question, "So who's going to be aiding the Palestinians now?"

It's like a cacophonic chatterbox of incoherent noise at this point...

5. Truth is, the Palestinians are second - class Muslims even in Syria - despite residing there, they are kept out of sight and out of mind
6. In line with #5, there are different tiers of Muslims - for instance, Indonesians working as Domestic Help in Syria do NOT have days off, and their passports are confiscated; similar issues in Saudi Arabia / UAE / Kuwait / Qatar
7. "Sooner will there be peace between the Muslims and the Jews than there will be between Sunni and Shia" - They'll get really pissed at you when you mention that only the Shias appear to be helping the very Sunni Palestinians at the moment
8. At the end of it all, you'll get so exasperated and may even say outloud - "Know what, not my problem - go kill yourselves."
Sounds like trying to reason with a tranny.;)
