Just a heads up... please note.. the one with the FP says it is phosphated, the other says it is DLC.

I can't find the "phosphated" version on the JP webpage.... so I am "hoping" it is DLC... we will see.

Happening here in AL to a degree, with solar companies buying up farms to convert them into solar farms. They haven't sued landowners (to my knowledge), but many of them have sold-out reluctantly because they feel like their land is going to be devalued by the presence of solar arrays all around them.
