Glyphosate is suspected as a real problem but any bread or product that is made with “enriched” flour or which has added folic acid should be avoided like the plague. Most breads have a list of ingredients that rivals Dr Pepper.

Aldi sells a sourdough that has like 3 ingredients and I tolerate it fine but regular bread makes my joints into swollen pain centers.

Wheat was modified/crossed with grasses a few decades ago to increase yields and then (surprise!) people started having gluten troubles. Heirloom wheat flour is available.

Glyphosate and other chemicals ruin the gut biome and pretty much the entire body is dependent on a healthy gut.

I have switched over to dots on my favorite and most shot pistols including all of my carry guns except my micro compact that I only use when it has to be as small as possible.

Still have a bunch with irons that I practice with but carry and compete with dots. With enough practice I bet at most self defense distances I could hit what I needed without sights or dots…. Might need to test that theory.

The problem is there is a certain ethnic group in the US that has been allowed/excused from following basic civilized rules/laws that the majority of civilized people follow and have agreed upon what is and has become normal acceptable behavior to participate in just normal day to day life.

This has been going on for at least two generations and now they are so out of control it's like never disciplining your kids until they get into their twenties and then wondering why they are out of control and won't behave.

Stupid white liberals, the MSM, and democrats have been making excuses for this shit for years. They don't give a shit because for the most part they aren't affected or have to deal with these animals from their gated communities/neighborhoods/country clubs etc...

Am I just having bad luck or is this a more temperamental system that people put up with to try to run lower psi and not pinch tubes? On dirt bikes (motorcycles) I have switched to mousse inserts and those are amazing.

Lower pressure is the biggest thing, the nut on the stem sounds like it's not quite tight enoughI have much better luck with flats with tubeless also. I use the E13 Shraeder valve stems. I despise the run of the mill presta tubeless valve stems. Orange seal endurance for sealant.
I do use the Tubolight SL inserts to help with side wall strength and damaging rims ( somewhat like a mousse inserts that only fills part of the volume. ) when we get dirt bikes soon, I plan on running mousseballs or something similar.

For anyone who has bad inflammation, poor energy, poor sleep, pain…

Start with a carnivore cleanse. No dairy no grain no veggies no fruit no seeds.

Concentrate on beef and other multi-stomach animal proteins. Pigs or chickens do not break down polyunsaturated fats in corn and other stuff they are fed but ruminants do. Water or tea (coffee is controversial so at first avoid it) and good Baja or Celtic salt.

After 30 days you will feel better, probably really good. Now add in some fruit. You will feel incredible with some natural sugars and antioxidants. You could stop there, with some supplements and be great….but if you have to then add some controversial stuff with enough time and keep a log. It’ll take months to figure it out for yourself.
