Us aid @$&?ing Gone…

Let’s assume that the bleeding heart Karens are correct on how many lives USAID saved through wonderfully-executed humanitarian relief programs (LoL).

How many of those people that would have starved to death now occupy European and US cities, cranking out more Kofis, Mohameds and Yusefs crowding-out citizens in their own countries?

As to USAID efficacy in saving lives, that’s a massive farce and everyone who ever saw a govt humanitarian in-motion on the ground knows the money never sees the intended people, as it has been pilfered by lobbyists and NGOs first, Congressmen 2nd, banks, transportation providers, local corrupt leaders, then warlords.

USAID was a curse on the US and other nations.

Ukraine war Bullshit.

From the US first perspective, we have to choose from the following, and combinations of maybe 2-3 options:

1. Patriot munitions and systems upgrades go to US critical basing and forward-deployed locations in the Pacific, then Europe, then Middle East.

2. Patriot supplies go to US FMS clients in the Pacific who have been long-standing customers and regional partners who cooperate with US National interests.

3. Patriot supplies go to US FMS clients in Europe/NATO who have been long-standing customers as above.

4. Patriot supplies go to Ukraine, where Russian ballistic missiles and medium drones fall on Ukrainian cities and civilians regularly.

It’s a crap sandwich either way, but priority obviously must favor US personnel and basing, followed by areas with major regional threats as identified in the US Defense strategy.

China would love nothing more for us to focus Patriot interceptor munitions to Ukraine instead of Taiwan, ROK, or Japan.

But no Chinese ballistic missiles are falling on its neighbors right now.

Patriot interceptors don’t just grow on trees.

Should be followed by criminal charges for the management (not just fines for the corporation).

"The Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA), enacted on November 6, 1986, requires employers to verify the identity and employment eligibility of their employees and sets forth criminal and civil sanctions for employment-related violations. Section 274A(b) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), codified in 8 U.S.C. § 1324a(b), requires employers to verify the identity and employment eligibility of all individuals hired in the United States after November 6, 1986."

"Employers who are found to have knowingly hired or continued to employ unauthorized workers under INA § 274A(a)(1)(a) or (a)(2) (8 U.S.C. § 1324a(a)(1)(a) or (a)(2)) will be required to cease the unlawful activity and may be civilly fined and/or criminally prosecuted. Additionally, an employer who is found to have knowingly hired or continued to employ unauthorized workers may be subject to debarment by HSI under 48 C.F.R. § 9.406-2(b)(2)"

AND:

"Section 274D of the INA authorizes ICE to impose a civil monetary penalty to any alien subject to a final order of removal who willfully fails or refuses to depart from the United States pursuant to the order, make timely application in good faith for travel or other documents necessary for departure, or present for removal at the time and place required by the Attorney General; or conspires to or takes any action designed to prevent or hamper the alien’s departure pursuant to the order, shall pay a civil penalty of not more than $500 to the Commissioner for each day the alien is in violation of this section ."

No Fee for Surppressors or short barrell rifles

If is to be treated like all other firearms sells that do not require a form 4 to purchase then how can that be the just the fee is gone
It is not treated like all other firearms sales and will not be under this change. Where did you get that impression?

See what I posted above. That’s the reality, or would be in January 2026 when this takes effect.

Edit: I see that you saw it on Fox. They are wrong.

Ukraine war Bullshit.

Or, because Ukraine didn't have the money to buy that shit until AFTER congress started passing the multi billion dollar "Aid Packages", and paying the salaries of their entire government. Somehow, after the money started flowing, the MIC became really interested in Ukraine.
Ukraine began purchasing large weapons packages from the US under Trump’s first term in 2018, before any of the post-2022 aid packages from the US and Europe. These were mostly ATGMs, CLUs, patrol boats, and other munitions.

You’ll see that my framework remains intact, while the post-facto Twitter revisionism falls apart upon basic inspection.

Ukraine war Bullshit.

Possibly because at that time that action might have been assessed as being to great of a provocation.
As opposed to fomenting a coup?

Wouldn’t the coup be enough of a provocation?

See how the Russian narrative falls apart.

Also consider the reality that little Putin was embarrassed by losing his puppet, Yanukovych, so of course the CIA must be to blame.

It couldn’t possibly be that 79% of Ukrainians wanted to trade with the Eurozone and not Russia with its worthless rubles.

Putin had to have a message for Russians internally when he failed to maintain the boot on Ukraine’s neck.

Instead of accepting any kind of responsibility in triggering Euromaiden with his Russia-Eurasia Economic Pact that Yanukovych was told to sign, Putin told Russians it was Victoria Nuland’s fault.

This is how you have to talk to people with very gullible and childish minds.

Any outsider believing this story is inexcusable.

No Fee for Surppressors or short barrell rifles

Dies this mean that private citizens can sell their suppressor without transferring like before
Nothing has changed with the passage of the bill except for the amount of the tax. It was/is $200 per item, but is now $0.

ALL other requirements for Suppressors and SBRs remain the same. You still have to file a Form 4 with fingerprints and etc like before.

That’s it. No other change.

House Budget Proposal to remove Tax on Suppressors but not remove it from the NFA

No need to argue, that is the way it is. Registration remains.

HPA and SHORT were blocked.

  • $200 tax stamps for suppressors, SBRs, SBSs, and AOWs reduced to $0 starting January 1, 2026.
  • NFA process and registry remain—for now. Forms, fingerprints, and approvals still required.
  • Full deregulation (HPA & SHORT) was blocked by the Senate Byrd Rule.
  • Senate compromise: Free tax stamps, but not full removal from the NFA.
That’s it in a nutshell.

What thermal is that?
DNT hydra 640. They look nearly identical to the rix storm stuff. Probably made in the same factory in china. But 2100 to the door for a 640 unit with clip on capability that is not all that heavy. While not as small as the iRay RH25 it compares really well tbh

Optics Advice for AR-15

I love a 3.5x ACOG for the use case you are describing. Super clear glass, and indestructible. ACOGs get overlooked with the current LPVO obsession. Everyone needs an AR with an ACOG.
I can't argue with this. I have two almost identical setups that I use for close to medium range distances. Both are 11.5s with suppressors. One wears an NX8, the other a TA11. The one with the TA11 is by far the one that is used the most. To say that it is a 3.5x can be misleading. The eye box is very comfortable and the view through it is pretty large. You can see a lot through it, either by virtue of the size of the image, the glass quality, or both. It isn't great for precision, but out to 300 is very comfortable for hitting steel. I didn't mention it above because it just isn't what I think of when I envision shooting off of a bench.
