I dropped mine on a concrete floor last Thursday and bent the rod that holds the cylinder. I don't know the exact name for that part and am finding it difficult to source a replacement. I have all three of them - .22 short, .22 long rifle, and .22 magnum. When I carry them, I use the .22 long rifle and the belt buckle. Of course, most folks think it is just a "cute" belt buckle.

My plan is to call the factory for some assistance - when I get the time.

Apparently I am supposed to take some photos of my recent purchase US property marked flintlock and percussion pistols. I got them out of the vault last night and hope to take some photos today . . . but I have an entry door sitting on my Shop workbench with a new refinish job. If the "varnish" is dry, I can deliver and install it this morning. It is the exterior front door for a new lawyer's office. They thought it was going to be done Monday, so it is kind of a priority.

From what I have been told the weekdays are the best time to go there. The weekend it's crowded with pirates, Judas Priest dressers and power rangers.
I've avoided it and will never ride it. There's way too many better places to ride around here.

My Bergara 6.5 creed factory barrel lasted 1600 rounds before I started losing velocity so it wasn't much better than friends 6 creeds. Now I'm finding out how long the 6 Dasher will last.

That doesn’t speak well for Bergara barrels as 1600 rounds is no where near where a 6.5 Creed should be shot out. The earliest I ever had one go was around 2400 rounds and most closer to 2800-3000.

It seems one of the new updates ,

*on the picts seems one of the beta units with black buttons and right sided cable + a holder bracket for it .
Its beyond me how we ended up with left conector in the production units

That was depressing. For a bit of motivation.
I was heading down the driveway and saw one of the cows in difficulty so I stopped and jumped the fence. I pulled the calf and cleared her nose and mouth. The cow started her cleaning. I waited until the calf got up and I got it on a teet. Not the best way to start a day but it was an awesome way to start a day.
