Yes, I just sent the draft off to Leupold for any comments. I should have the review posted within a week. As with the Mark 5HD, I expect I will be recommending the Mark 4HD series to a lot of scope buyers.Hey Jim sorry to ask but where you able to finish up your review on the 4.5x18? I'm debating on getting one of these or a Steiner T6Xi.
Thanks
...and some people are dumb as fuck...WTF not, not your money.
Some people will argue with a stop sign.
You will be in uncharted territory for the 7MM Mag. You can test it, but start really low @ 4831 data and go up from there. Use a chronograph to see where you are at in velocity and keep good notes. If you're careful, you won't hurt yourself or your Rifle.I bought an eight pound jug of MP-665 and a jug of MP-667 , looking at the load data for 300WM the charge weight looks really close to 4831. Am I safe to assume I could apply the same logic to charge weights for 7mmRM?
I rarely if ever post on any form because I can usually find an answer using the search function but I came up empty handed on this one.
Thanks in advance for any advice.
I'd have thought the 4-20 would perform better due to 50mm obj.Necro thread bump. What about low light hunting situations? Does the 4-20 perform much worse that the 2-12 on 4X?
Do you have a source for the guns? I haven't seen them for a while
