Anyone play with this new Lyman priming system?

I’ve primed 200 cases so far. Loading the primer tube (by hand one at a time) takes the most time for me. The plastic ‘feeder’ to load primers only allows them to go in the tube sideways for me. Once the tube is loaded it’s quick to set primers. Very consistent for me. Overall easy to use. I previously used the RCBS hand primer. It was faster, but since I’ve only primed 200 with the Lyman I can’t comment on which one is better.

Little Crow Gunworks: Avg POI Is More Important Than Group Size. Thoughts?

Hornady has a YT channel, where they cover this general topic in extreme depth, just throwing that out there.

No, they really don't. Their load dev amounts to pick a cartridge, pick a powder, pick a bullet, set the seating depth to some random value then never touch it again, and run up the powder charge to where you think the velocity should be. If you call that 'in extreme depth'... good for you.

Elon says Trump won't release the Epstein files because he's in them.. and then he said a lot more.

Elon seems to have the emotional maturity of a 14-year-old girl. He made the Epstein comment because he knew the bottomfeeders would latch onto it. Trump has been surprisingly restrained in his response. Regardless, the only losers are Americans - the globalists and Dems thrive more when the people are divided.

Elon says dumb shit on Twitter all the time probably because of drugs or just plain autism insanity, anyways they had a phone conversation and seem to be calming down a bit.

Testing loads - Am I doing it wrong?

Over the years I came up with my own system so to speak. What's my objective with rifle/cartridge? Target/hunting? Determine caliber/cartridge and what bullet. Then pick barrel twist and length. Basically building around the bullet. My 300PRC and 338LM which SAC put together for me. They asked what bullets I planned on using in each and cut throats for the bullets I planned to use and my CIP length mags.

25x47 Lapua load data

Seems like a lot of these loads folks aren’t pushing things too hard? I’m over shooting with brakes and have always been a big fan of the 6.5x47 but would like a hair less recoil if similar ballistics are achievable. Fair to think a guy could still be around 2700 fps with a 131-135 in a 24” tube to keep things manageable suppressed without pushing on it? I tend to load pretty conservatively.

FRT's - What is good? And what is Rare Breeds real website?

Have a Dairyland trigger headed my way too, sounds like H2 or H3 buffers are ideal. Just thinking about the operation it seems like a slightly overgassed setup may be best?

Curious what your setup is?
Not sure if I ever replied.

I'm running mine in an MCX Virtus 300Blk with the 6.75" barrel

I ran a few rounds in an AR, less than a mag. I noticed that with both setups of I grip really hard on the trigger the bolt carrier can lock up until I release it. Maybe the nature of the beast.

I have had super safeties I thought were tuned actually lock a BCG back requiring tools to disassemble the upper. I won't ever trust them fully.
