I was trying to be diplomatic, but yeah, the wood chipper is a great place to help them out. I started by originally making this to hold a cell phone holder for the golf swing analysis.
I ended up using the adaptor from a Manfrotto Desktop Tripod that I had for use with my spotting scope.
Took the head off this and and attached it to the Calypso.
You don't need all the extras if all you are going to do is attach to the Calypso ~ just embed a 1/4 20 (I think) bolt and attach.
The only reason I used all of these components as I already had them and was dual proposing the stick for Calypso and Cell Holder.
