Mounts - Gray Ops vs Area 419

Any idea when more 36MM 1.54" 0 MOA Cant mounts will be available?
These are through first round of production and are out at ano. We note this as "3 weeks" internally, so take that for what you will.

Nobody wants them in stock as much as we do, I promise.

FOR THOSE HAVING SCREW LOOSENING ISSUES - Our suggestions:

1) Be sure you're using the supplied thread locker. It's very helpful.

2) As is noted here: https://www.snipershide.com/shooting/threads/torque-wrench-shootout-reviews-tests.7137138/
It's very plausible that torque tools can provide inconsistent results. Just part of it.

If you are seeing anything loosen, and push the torque value to 20-23-25 you're not going to create any problems. Many torque tools may struggle at this low end of torque. This isn't an Area 419 specific thing, but a tool that is off just a couple in/lb, or a screw that is being torqued dry vs wet can produce very different amounts of screw load (which is important to staying tight).

The best answer to this, IMO, is to diversify your precision rifle shooting skill set.

Seek professional training from different outlets. Practice. Test your skills in a variety of environments and comps - PRS, NRL Hunter, CD matches, gas gun matches, etc.

Perpetually testing yourself under one specific set of arbitrary criteria may make you really good at shooting that one specific set of criteria, but doesn't make you a well rounded marksman.
I find that it’s really important for me to cycle through using regular hunting rifles, and not just practice with heavy chassis rifles. Also using a very light bag like I carry around hunting in the fall is useful.

Competition .223 muzzle break help

The PVA Jetblast is available in 1/2-28, self timing, has excellent recoil reduction and no concussion back on the shooter. It checks all the boxes that @bross412 is looking for and it's very affordable compared to a lot of other options on the market.
It's also proven to be effective on precision rifles where there is no tolerance for brakes to cause POI and group issues.

Was just coming in to post this. When I use a brake on my 6ARC for matches it’s a Jet Blast and works great. Doesn’t send blast back at shooter which is nice. Also being self timing there are no crush washers or issues with timing.
