A screw driver slipped when I put the battery in. I would encourage you if you think this is concerning damage to go to Eurooptic and buy brand new for 1999 plus shipping and taxes

IMHO, Centurion Arms AST @$93.50 is a better buy, and a better trigger, than Larue's MBT @$115.

However, I prefer to spend the money and buy Geissele SSA-E or SD-E. They are much better triggers for a precision or SDM type AR15. And on sale they can be found from time to time during the year in the $200. or less price point.

Borrow a bipod to see if your problem is front or rear support. If you have a sling stud up front, use a Harris. If you have a rail, use an Atlas, Accu-Tac, or similar. Get it set up on target and tighten it down good. If still wobbling I’d look at rear bag or your technique. I shoot with someone who is a good shot, but has a bit of the “shakes” because of medication. He’s currently experimenting with rear bags to help because his Super CAL is rock solid.
