Lighter Rem 700 stock options (chassis like)

I'm looking to upgrade my stock on an older Rem 700 LTR, I'd like to stay with something that's not super heavy, or expensive as I have plenty of those options already. I definitely want to stay under 4lbs and just overall not have a super bulky stock with an adjustable cheek rest. I actually wish I still had the old factory LTR stock, at some point I replaced it with a thicker version with a very wide forearm and it's never really been a good fit for it.

So far I've been looking at:
MDT Field Stock - (can't seem to find any detail on the "V block" as far as how much support it gives the action, but it seems like the leader so far)
Oryx sportsman is a bit heavy
Magpul Hunter - not a fan of the grip angle
Magpul Pro Lite - heavier than I'd like to go
KRG Bravo - possible contender, I actually had an old first gen of the bravo on this for awhile, but it's ergos were just not "right". I also was not at all impressed with the 10/22 version of the Bravo

Just thought I'd see what other recommendations others might have for slimmer options with an adjustable cheek rest. I know there's a variety of "two piece chassis options from MDT etc. where you run an AR stock on the rear. Haven't looked into them too much, don't really want an exposed metal forearm, and it just seems like they are probably going to be on the heavy side.

Thanks

Firearms REDUCED: JM Stamped Marlin 1895 SS 45/70 (Year: 1996)

I am reluctantly putting my 1996 model JM Stamped Marlin 1895 SS 45/70 with Micro-Groove Barrell up for sale.
These are getting much harder to obtain.

Has the Stock(with Ammo Storage,) Bear Paw Lever, Cocking Spur, MI Handguard with rail panelsand Angled Foregrip upgrades, as pictured. Nice Holosun HS510c RDS with large window makes sight picture easy to lock onto and allows good FOV.
This thing feels amazing as soon as you grab onto it!

Only considering letting it go because I'll never actually use it and I am wanting a GAP-10 308.
Not really looking for trades. But a NH Agent 2 Commander or a WC EDC X9 2.0 w/Rail would be of interest.
Asking $2375 for the entire package shipped to over 48 states where legal. Know your laws!

*Sorry, no holds.

Please PM any questions or offers.
Thanks!

How to improve offhand accuracy with AR15

I have spent a lot of time shooting an AR from a bipod and with good ammo and a VSeven barrel the rifle will quite literally stack rounds. Off hand I struggle to keep a tight group. What is a realistic expectation for 5rds at 100 yards off hand? And what do you do to improve? How do you grip the rifle? I find that if I use my sling to tighten up or try to firmly drive the rifle my sight picture is really shaky and groups open up. I shoot better groups if I gently cradle the rifle but have slower follow up shots. So I guess I have three questions for anyone willing to share some advice.

1. What is a realistic expectation for group size to consistently shoot at 100 yards?
2. How do you hold the rifle?
3. What drills or traiing have helped you improve?

SOLD Manners PRS1T w/ Mini Chassis - R700 SA - Elite Scorched Earth

Up for sale is our Manners PRS1T (right handed thumb shelf) with the Gen 2 Mini Chassis (R700 Short Action - no action screws). Standard Elite Tactical Shell and Fill with what I believe is the Elite Scorched Earth camo color. Barrel channel is 1.325 inches wide for the first 3 inches then tapers down to 1.1 inches. Should fit any Sporter, Varmint, Sendero, and Palma profile barrels just fine. Might work with an M24 but not sure on that one.

This stock was $1500 when new and is in really good condition. I picked this up for a centerfire PRS rig but ended up finding a good deal on a second PRS-TCS so am selling this now. Just trying to recoup what I spent on it.

Asking $1050.00 shipped OBO SOLD
I accept Paypal F&F / Venmo / Zelle / Apple Pay

Looking for general hunting gun for Florida hogs and deer.

Recently moved to central Florida and I'm looking for a lightweight AR for hogs and deer. I have an old Colt Hbar sportster
that weighs a ton. It was fine for the last hog hunt, but it is definitely too heavy to be my go to hunting gun. I also want something with a little more knockdown
power. Currently most shots will be within 150yds, but I hopefully will be gaining access to a nearby ranch and would like to use for coyotes up to 500.
I was originally set on a .308, but that may even be overkill and was looking for a lighter gun with less recoil if my wife or daughter somes along.
Leaning towards 6.5 grendel as having more knockdown power than my .223 and being able to reach out a little further if needed.
Nothing is set in stone and I've been down internet rabbit holes for days while researching. Not looking to start any arguments as I see many are
very defensive of their favorite caliber/gun.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!
