When ordering barrel for 737R action one of barrel options is what thread at the muzzle. What are most common (for muzzle breaks, compensators)? This is for target/long range/PRS application.

Hey guys im wantIng to build a 30 cal SA magnum. With lapua coming out with 300 WSM brass it seems like a no brainer. I am seeing threads with guys shooting the 210 bergers. I would like to stay in the 190-210 range for a SA Mag. Is the 300 wsm the better 30 cal SA mag cartridge? I see the 300 SAUM and 300 SS as well.

I own a Rem 700 Magpul Hunter chambered in .308 Win. I have a Harris bipod attached to the forend but there's a large amount of flex in this stock. Any amount of cheek pressure on the comb is enough to temporarily twist the stock and cant the scope. I'd like to dump the Magpul furniture for something more solid. It's otherwise a surprisingly accurate rifle for the money.

Do you have any chassis recommendations for it? Primary use is punching paper at the range within 600 yards and I'll probably replace the cheap Harris with an Atlas CAL bipod at some point. Spending $1k+ for a high-end chassis seems a bit much for what was originally a $600ish rifle but if that's what it takes...

Igor Borisov posted on the Strelok Facebook forum this morning that he and the Strelok ballistics app are being sanctioned by the state department based on the potential that the application is used by the Russians. I've been using the app for several years, and don't really want to find a new one, but it will probably disappear off of the app store.

I would imagine it is being used by the Ukranians also.......

I currently have a Vortex LHT 4.5-22x50 on my hunting rifle. I have an opportunity to buy a Minox ZP5 3-15x50 MR2 Reticle for about $1400. Has anyone used both of these optics on a hunting rifle? Which one did you like better?

I have the two Minox ZP5 5-25 with MR4 reticles on target rifles and they are great. I like the turrets and the glass quality is terrific. From my research, the MR2 reticle should be usable on low power. Aside from the weight penalty, non-locking turrets, and Minox's slow warranty process I don't see any negatives from upgrading to the Minox. My rifle is currently 7.6 pounds, with the Minox it would be about 8.2 which is fine with me.

What have y’all guys seen or done with it. I put a Proof prefit 6.5 cm carbon barrel on an Impact action and it shoots .4-.5 moa, so its not terrible. Just wondering what others have done with it.
