Rifle Scopes Official Zero Compromise Optic News & Updates

Roni, tripod and 338 Norma.

So here’s a question for you…better with the one tripod leg out front and the two in the back or the opposite. I’ve been putting the one leg in the back as it would appear to resist recoil better and not rock back but I’m interested to see what more experience shooters think.

Oh, and how’s Roni’s shoulder doing? Haha

I think @Diver160651 has had some threads on how to use a tripod in various scenarios. For that specific question I don't remember what the answer was. Some are a few years old but very very good.
Edit: start here.
I think there is another good thread but harder to find. I Watched the thread at some point.

Hi,

I don’t get out of the semi-auto sub-forum much. Is this the sticky thread where we are supposed to beg ZCO for a 2-16x lightweight MPVO for the next 2-3years?

First post although I've been a long time lurker of the hide. I just received my ZC420 with MPCT-1 reticle yesterday and so far, I'm super impressed with it. I wanted to come on here and give a shout out to Richard at CS Tactical. At first, they were out of stock of their ZC420 with MPCT-1 reticle. He contacted me a couple days later to inform me that they had one coming in the next day.

He set me up with the order and he was in constant communication with me throughout the process. Awesome customer service! I wanted to get a set of ARC rings but they were out of stock so I ended up getting a set of ZCO (APA) Tru-Loc rings. I also got some ZCO Tenebraex covers, ZCO 3" sunshade, and a Flatline Ops bubble level. In regards to optical performance, I need to spend more time with it. So far, it's living up to the hype and has surpassed what I currently have.

Other optics that I currently own;
- Kahles K525i 5-25×56
- March-FX High Master 4.5-28x52
- Nightforce NX8 2.5-20X50
- Athlon Cronus BTR Gen2 4.5-29x56
- Athlon Helos BTR Gen2 2-12×42
- SWFA SS 3-15×42
- SWFA SS Fixed 10x42

Don't laugh but I mounted the ZC420 on my airgun lol.

If you know a trigger shoe, that does the same job, but so much cheaper.
I dont like narrow trigger, like that Timney on this rifle, also done the same job for my Tikka triggers.
Any info on how you did this or the parts, supplier, etc?
PM me if this is off topic for the ZCO thread. Cheers.

I was looking, that this aint just a Daystate, or Brocock.
Is it .25"
I have had few Marauders, nice gun these PCP´s.
A lot of power, and still so quiet.
American Air Arms (AAA) is a US manufacturer. They're extremely well made and robust. AAA airguns are built more like a firearm than your average PCP airgun. The model I have is in .22cal.

When I see a zco with a 3 reticle, for some reason I have an urge to buy it. I have 2 already and I don't "need" another, yet the urge remains.... looks like I will end up with an 840 and move a 527 to my 223 where my AMG currently Resides. It's almost like an addiction....

Glad you are enjoying it, no laughing at that airgun at all. That rifle is pretty sick!

Didn't see this mentioned in the thread, but is the NLE option reversible back to locking? My current one is the locking and it works fine for me but wanted to understand my options if I picked up a NLE version.

Put 4 ZCO,s up against one another ... (3x) 5-27 and (1x) 8-40..

Even with the sheer quality of the ZCO,s ........still variations between samples...

One of the 5-27,s has incredible resolution and finite sharpness...slightly edging out the other 2 5-27 samples.

The 8-40 faired the worst ( if you can define it as worst) slightly less contrast and not as sharp as the three 5-27,s...

People in Finland love ZCO.
I have sold few scopes, (not mine, hell no)and i have received extremely positive feedback.
Sayonara S&B PM2, that i so last season scope, even some people are trying to sell it as a best optic in Finland.
SB might be that a decade ago, there is a new king in world, and that is ZCO.

My friend like the 420, hi is a hella guy of hunting.
Were a capercaillie and black grouse hunt with my buddy 2 years ago, hi shot a black grouse with 260rem TAC A1 from 450 yards.
Record is 520.

I don't "operate" in the desert. Any plans for an OD green version, something akin to what eotech did? 🤌🏻
