Wife retired from the restaurant business. Started at 18 in the kitchen. Attended schools worked up to Sous Chef, executive chef and general manager. Never cooked much at home until she retired.

I've tried to talk her into the catering thing or just going out, but even before retirement, she never would.

when you do it for a living its not fun to do it for free at home.

i love to cook but my wife wont let me that often cause she hates cleaning up after me. she might complain about my mess but never the food.

I don't have any questions and my gun budget for 2022 is overdrawn.

i so wish i remembered to screenshot my dash cam. one guy i overtook was riding an old bike from the CHiPs era with the number plate PONCH, even had the CHP star on his paniers. he must of been in the tv series :ROFLMAO:
I grew up in the same neighborhood as Bruce Penhall....the motorcycle racing champ that was the young cop introduced in the later seasons of that show.
His parents died under *mysterious* circumstances and they owned the Penhall concrete cutting business which Bruce now runs.
I guess it turns out it was a professional hit that took his parents out....dunno much beyond that.
Bruce was pretty cool, we got along, but he had a "better than thou" kinda attitude for a while there....he's back to his good ol self these days though.

I'd rather clean. My wife rolls her eyes at me because I wipe the sink anytime the faucet is turned on.

- DO NOT leave your keys, wallet, purse, etc. on the kitchen counters. I will put them away and may or may not remember where.
- DO NOT use my knives. I have "guest" knives.
- DO NOT use my cutting boards without checking with me.
- DO NOT touch the microwave or oven glass. That's what handles are for.
- DO NOT put wooden handled utensils in sink.
- Immediately wipe any splatter from microwave/stove.
- Immediately clean coffee filter
- Place all dishes, glasses flatware in dishwasher, NOT sink.
- Wash all pots/pans/large bowls/casserole dishes as soon as cool.

I could go on, but you get the drift.

These people could use your help

I spoke to soon. I bought a rear bag an hour later, but that is definitely the last thing I am buying this year.

You would be shocked. I have been to several homes in high end subdivisions that the exterior is well maintained. Go inside and they look like that picture.
Every time it happens it brings to mind that saying. Someone is tired of her bullshit. Geisel and Tom Brady.
Pretty sure one look at the exterior and I would never enter.

Whenever the wife and I were house shopping, she would ohh and ahh over decor, colors, etc. I looked in the kitchen and garage.

Book/cover...but I bet I'd right more often than wrong. My neighbor mows his lawn, but not much else. Has stuff piled on his patio and the gargae looks looks like a hoarder lives there. The inside of his house is immaculate.

Except it doesn't taste like bacon. As someone with a red meat allergy I've tried all the substitutes - there is one burger substitute that tastes like burger but the rest are nowhere close. There is no substitute for bacon. Not even turkey or similar animal protein. Bacon is bacon.

SO yeah - let the nukes fly
