If you read his statement it says "I was basically called an uppity". So it was not said. It's his perception of what was said.
They were kicked out for taking over a session and starting a protest. They were each given time during a question and answer to explain why they pulled their stunt. The white female basically threw the other two under the bus. She said that she was there with them to show solidarity. She said that she didn't use the bullhorn and was not trying to encite the gallery. She survived getting kicked out by one vote. Three members that were not present the day it happened each abstained from voting on either of the three.
Edit to add: she's now using the race card. Saying that they canned the other two because they were young black men and she wasn't because she's an old white lady
