One glitch, accidental or provoked, and the entire system goes into gridlock.

The horror show is already happening with so called Internet-linked "smart homes". Amazon and Alexa operated smart locks, lights, thermostats, etc., have routinely gone haywire due to glitches from software updates, locking people out of their own homes, shutting down heat/AC, and leaking surveillance camera footage to unsecured websites and compromising residents' privacy. And that is due to constant bugs in the programming alone. Nothing good can come out of any 'smart' interfaces in the long run. Hell, Arthur C. Clarke had already warned us about this with the intense scenes of Hal-9000 going rogue...

That’s
Is there a Webster's protocol for how to spell "asshole"? Is it like that on the left, all lower case, in one word or should it be "ass hole"? Or, if the subject is a king-size asshole, should it be "AssHole" or maybe "Ass Hole"?

I wonder where we could find a king sized asshole to consult with?

That’s a lot of words just to say he’s a piece of shit.

I've been waiting for years for them to begin doing something like this. The tech had finally caught up to the idea.

There's a GD cross street light a 1/2 mile from my house that's recently been changed to cycle on time, not vehicle sensor. I have to stop at that fucker twice a day and 85% of the time there isn't a car entering traffic.

I've got some like that, that I run the red light pretty frequently. Treat it like a stop sign, then go about my way. I'll get pulled over one day for it, from the Police that was doing a good job hiding.
