I'm inclined to think this was staged because there isn't any blood on the clothing where the doctor is treating him. On the other hand, both duelists are left-handed.

I don't think that is because the film negative was reversed. Look at the watch chains of the some of the participants. The chains are worn on the right side, which was fashionable for the day.

Notice that right before he squeezes the trigger, the man in the background turns his head away. So even if this was a real duel, it looks like the ball would have entered the other man's left side.

The man in the foreground lifts his pistol and ends up firing over the head of his opponent.

It's too bad dueling is illegal. A lot of problems would be solved and people would watch what they say and do.

Just showing that Tits are all nice and stuff. But great humor is better than pictures of tits. Not better than tits. But better than pictures of tits. On a screen. On a phone. Little pictures of tits.

Nope, a good joke is better!

Is this sarcasm? My sarcasm filter does not work.

Thats the exact same edit K gave me.

Im an early in the fart sack and awake before my alarm at 5 kinda guy.
Old fart before my time I guess.

Fart Sack is a term I learned from a good friend I met via the Hide and love shooting with.
@Foul Mike
Funny, K has met him and shot with him and likes the term too. Says it applies to anywhere I sleep 🤣🤣🤣

I’ve still got my fart sack, it’s now in a compression bag in the tool box of the pickup jic I need to stay out overnight (work or otherwise). U.S. G.I. Mummy bag that after a day of eating 1990’s vintage MREs lived up to it’s name.

I suppose FM got it from his days in back in 69 hanging out in RVN.

Thats nice. We had a similar homestead in Virginia built in 1840. Solid hand hewn 14" oak walls that laid flush against each other, very little chinking needed. It was added onto over the years and you could see each rook different over the years. I had the upstairs room and the fireplace sent heat right up the staircase.

The stone chimney wast as nice though. As a stone mason compliments to the mason. Beautiful work. Where is this, it should be saved.
Yeah, that masonary work was done by a pro. Those corners appeared to be laid with string.

I would be proud to put that on my website.

I did think that the RVN got cold enough to need anything more than a woobie. I can’t say too much because my current AO has a 120 degree temperature swing during the year. 😵‍💫

In guessing its where he learned the term was the Army.

His hands are giving him hell, so he can read and trying to type to post is tough for him.

I know that, having crushed the fingers of my dominant hand between the tailgate and safety chain of a dump truck. Glad for a touch screen and stylus to type. My First Sgt. taught me the same nomenclature.
