Has anyone determined what causes the HUGE approval time variations? One individual, 3 days(or less), someone else 6+ months, both approved.Got the approval email today so about a 23 hour approval from time I put it in yesterday. Crazy!!!!

Just got the approval on mine, 5 minutes ago.My Dad submitted an Eform 4 on a traditional trust 12/13 and got the approval to pick up 12/18.
I submitted an Eform 4 on 1/25 on my trust, so here's hoping mine goes just as fast, seeing as we're the only person on the others trust.
What did you get?Got the approval email today so about a 23 hour approval from time I put it in yesterday. Crazy!!!!

I had 4 come back in 2 to 3 days last summer.I really dislike all you guys who get fast turnarounds lol.
Same here, certified Tuesday(4feb) around 2pm, had approved email 9:41 this morning 6febSubmitted after lunch on Tuesday. Woke up to an approved e-mail this morning.
did a paper form 1 in October last year I believe. It was roughly 27/28 days including time in the mail both ways, might vary some with a form 4 from and individual to a dealer thoughHas anyone submitted a paper form4 lately?
I bought a new can from an individual out of state and it requires a paper form4 from him to my FFL dealer….then I can eFile from his dealership to me.
I wouldn’t have done it if it wasn’t a rare suppressor.
Just wondering if y’all had any insight on the paper transfer timing.
Yes. My first took ~110 days (middle of last year). This one took less than two.Has anyone noticed a faster turn around time for someone who already owns a suppressor and has already gone through the form 4 process vs someone who’s buying their first suppressor?
I’m in the process of buying my first suppressor, will submit the form 4 tomorrow hopefully.
B&T is coming out with some really cool stuff lately. If i was in the market for another .223/556 can, it would be one of the new hard use B&T cans.Got a B&T SRBS 7.62 inconel from Silencer Shop. They made it real easy to get the paperwork done as well as pic and fingerprints as there is a kiosk in a town close to me. Tossed it on my 6mm ARC for a size feel and look. Pretty happy with the overall feel and look. Ordered a Rifles Only HAD suppressor cover last night for it so will pop that on when it comes but hopefully making it to the range tomorrow.

9 weeks would be great! I’m at 8 months…I had 4 come back in 2 to 3 days last summer.
This last one was almost 9 weeks.
Better than the 10 to 11 MONTHS of a year ago.
Patience is a virtue in this business.
It used to be slower but at this point it seems that all of the ones who were done last year are still being done in the same way and the ones done this year are being done faster, a ton faster. I've always waited at least 10 months on like 7 or 8 cans and this past one, I got the stamp like 2 weeks from certification, and that was with a Trust. Could just be luck of the draw or that I have a UPIN now though. Who knows. I only got the UPIN because I got denied on 2 for no reason and never did get an answer as to why but did finally get issued a UPIN after A LOT of garbage. It's a horrible agency and should be completely done away with.Is it faster or slower when putting it in a trust?
