Well this will go on and on until the stupid "good folks" who worship uniforms and robes, decide they have had enough, or they decide they love living as serfs who have to cower at the sight of uniforms and enjoy life on their knees.

So much here that it can’t be a simple mistake - like going to a 25 year old address for a 25 year old warrant, saying her fingerprints tattooed on and DNA were a match - I highly doubt they have a 25 year old DNA sample from a 25 year old none violent crime .
