well now thats interesting.. could be progress in the right direction..
Their communication with would-be customers is on point, also...was just checking both sites, which I do more than I want to admit, in hopes of some sort of update/mansplaining:

First Batch Orders Opening June 14th

Trickler System Pricing of $350 + shipping (without scale)

We will begin accepting orders for a limited production run of the first batch of trickler systems on June 14th, 2025. This first batch will be limited to approximately 15 units based on available inventory of controller boards for both new construction and reserved quantities for warranty purposes.

This first batch of trickler systems will be first offered to those who have expressed advanced interest in the system, with remaining units being available on a first-come, first-serve basis. All units from the first batch will ship out no later than June 30th, with further units available as soon as additional controller boards have arrived.

For those interested in ordering a trickler system, please utilize the contact email on this website to reach out. As it was originally planned to utilize a dealer distribution model I do not have full e-commerce features set up for this website yet, but on June 14th I will go through the list of individuals who reached out and reply with a reservation number based on the order they were received.

Trickler systems will be offered in order of these reservation numbers, with invoices sent out to those who confirm they are interested up to the total number of tricklers available in the first batch.

You got the wrong thread...This is information for the Printed Precision trickler. This thread is for the Ingenuity system, which may or may not get here before Christmas (year TBD).

Anyone heard anything on the IP system? I see the website hasn't been updated, so what's the latest info?

Probably next year. Wish the old thread was still alive so I could pass out some I told you sos to the people who said this wouldn’t happen and wasn’t a big deal 1.5 years ago

For those that upgraded piece-meal, were you in the pre-order? Do you anticipate fulfilling your pre-order a'la carte style to simply complete your system? I'm still rocking a V2.3'ish and it's doing pretty good but I get kernal bounce with the A419 cup and 1 out of 20 charges, it decides to just stop 0.6 shy. Probably because I jarred the counter or something, but wondering if I can simply fix the only two complaints I have with Paul's available parts and complete later if/when it's available.

Only one way to find out, contact Paul and see what he can sell you right away.

Apparently, he's no longer selling the parts individually

I fixed this by quickly 3D printing a cone and gluing it to mine. I found most of my kernel bounces came from the dumper.

I bought mine a la carte. Bought a trickler with new electornics and then bought the windscreen, 3D printed trickler mount that fits the windscreen and his cup. If the dropper ever comes out it will complete the system. The trickler 3D nount was $50 I think and it is not part of the system that we are waiting on but I got it to connect the trickler directly to the windscreen because it made a cleaner set up and I had no idea how long I would waiting for dumper I need to finally come available. I am not an early preorder so I don't expect anything until at least late next year at the earliest or if ever.

lol

This is a no obligation preorder. You will get an order number and when they are ready to ship your payment notification will go out in the order they were received. The current estimate for the first preorders that started 12-19-23 through about the end of 02-2024 should start going out toward the end of July/Aug 2025.
I’m tempted to inquire whether this means end of July beginning of August or end of July or end of August or end of any month at some point in the future but I know it’s senseless to try to make sense of the ever moving goal posts

I’m still curious what pushed back the two weeks when I talked to him on the phone in February. It was a definite once they come in they are going out according to him. If it’s the grounded wall wart. I would not mind running it with the one I have with his electronics now.

I had a nice conversation with Paul today.
Everything he told me made sense as far as delays. For the first 1000 folks he is practically done, and when I say that he just needs to machine 3 more parts and they are done and can be assembled. There was more than was discussed and I suggested he make a video to help show where he’s at and explain things. He said he might do that.

Define “practically”…

I am bewildered to say the least that six months ago the holdup was out of his control because it had to do with parts from China and yet now the holdup is “just three parts” that he himself still needs to machine?

Not saying the individual “facts“ are erroneous or deceptive, but it’s hard to assemble them all into a coherent story of where we are and how long it will take to get to the future we also eagerly await

This thread is making me want to just order a supertrickler. I only placed my order for the IP mid May. I emailed him before I ordered, he said i would be in Mid summer batch.
Oh Lordy....if you bail and buy anything, don't buy the Supertricker....I average about 45% throw accuracy.

Or just wait until I get my IP and I'll sell you my ST ;) Apparently, I'm first on the preorder list...Just need one to go out!

So what’s the over/under on when these thing will actually ship. TBH, I’ll wait and it’s not like my life is impacted by continuing to use my MatchMaster.

But how the heck are we at this point and waiting for three parts to be machined. WTF. Did he just make a design change? How can these not be done and waiting?

Buying a super spiller in my opinion would be a giant regrettable mistake.

I bought an auto trick for V4 and even though it is a pain in the ass, it is at least the industry standard and hopefully will have decent resale value, especially since many people are not going to be willing to pony up $1000 for a trickier on top of a $600 scale

Have a hard time understanding how a 12+ month delay makes sense for parts being machined in house
