Not since the Chris Kyle murder in 2013 have conservatives in the USA been so united over the cowardly assassination of a public patriotic figure. That contributed to the end of Obama liberalism. This catalyst may assure us a decade of right-swing-pendulum conservativism.

Great microcosm for what we see in these situations. A plethora of Hypothisiese put forth with authoritative vconfidence by people who know so little they didn't even get seats orientation correct.
It might be some time before his death wears out.
Those most impacted are the tens of thousands of young people from 10 to 20. And not just limited to those in the U.S.
He struck a chord in their spirits because of his openness and pure spirit.
So many of our young needed that.
So many lack a positive male figure and in most cases any positive figure at all.
He touched their hearts and cultivated something really big in each. It is there to be awakened in everyone yet so many go to their graves never realizing their potential or losing their soul to the darkness.
So, I don't think his death is wearing out any time soon.
After you and I are long gone, his mission will still be growing, bearing fruit and fighting the good fight because of the exceptionally young age of his core audience. They have so much more of their life ahead of them and God Bless Charlie for awakening their potential so early in their game.
Spiritual warfare is currently enveloping you and I and everyone else that currently draws breath on this world.
To think otherwise is truly being in denial.
My hope is that Wednesday's murder forged those already strong young believers into strong spiritual warriors.
I wonder if maybe Charlie's death had to happen in order to finish building the hearts and courage of all those younger people that will become the gatekeepers for our side of that spiritual battle?
I believe you are spot on. And, I hope that everyone just leaves them alone. Their world as they knew it has been shattered and it will never be the way it was, ever again. This, by no fault of their own.

How about a person who is a Charlie K supporter and had her message/post on Facefuck edited and sent out to make it look like she supported the killer. She was also doxxed and now has been recieving threats. Enough of them that she reported it and her manager shut down their business for 2 days? it may turn out to be unfortunate for him though, since she is a lawyer and the business is a law firm. Maybe he needs to be famous too... Waiting for her response on what she is going to do. This is what these people do.
I HOPE youre right, but I'll have to take a wait and see position. If you watch the very video you posted, the second one, the powers that be have this pretty well engineered. Most folks will never see and if they do wont, grasp whats in the video. Even with the inspiration people have gotten from Charlie's murder, when people are afraid they are easy to manipulate and go into survival mode.
I'll wager, no Blizzard involved, that within 2, 3 weeks maximum, another, stronger, 'crisis' will be come along and most of this will be pushed to the backround. Not dead, but over written with a stronger program.

We may not see eye to eye on much, R, but on this we agree. Charles Kirk was genuine and the real deal. I just hope/pray that he, his death, isnt just a pawn in someone's global chess game.

There is an underlying tone of finality and hopelessness in the way I read your words. I'm probably putting the wrong context into translating your thoughts. Just to be clear, I agree with you that there are MANY that will submit due to fear, laziness, complacency or an easily won evil heart.
I just want to make sure that we maintain faith that the fight is winnable in spite of the well prepared evil that is being unleashed. Out of all the masses, only a few will stand firm in their beliefs but those few need to have that faith intact in order to stand at all.
We train our hands and minds to act a certain way in a gun fight. No training = no way of executing a positive outcome.
Everyone will have to train heart and minds to act a certain way in a spiritual fight. No training = no way of avoiding an eternal hell.
Realizing you have an enemy and that they are already in motion is half of the battle. Hopefully Charlie opened those innocent eyes to the harshness of those hunting their souls. If they now see the threat, they can prepare for the battle.
History has proven you wise in making such a wager. I cannot argue that it will probably not happen. I just hope that many will stay committed and not lose sight of the true threats.

Not so much hopelessness, rather, having read and studied the Revelation of John, and through the Bible and psychology, the nature of man, I feel I have a pretty good insight as to whats coming, regardless of our highest aspirations and prayers. We may maintain our faith, I wrestle with that daily and often lose, and stand, but as I read and interpret it, this 'world' must pass, its passing wont be pretty, and the time draws near. I dont profess to know when, but it feels closer every day. Thats the reflection of 50+ years of study and equally,mediitation on the Word. If nothing else, with a couple idiotic exceptions, I've seen this place, the Hide, draw together. We may all have different opinions and interpretations, but we all honor the same Lord.

Jack Hibbs (a pastor from California) gave this sermon (starts @ 12:45) the evening of the assassination of Charlie. Jack Hibbs was a long time friend of Charlie Kirk since Charlie was a teen; among the thousands of friends I am now realizing Charlie had. I think you are lucky if you have to use a second hand to count your true friends - Charlie really had thousands!
