IS OUTSTANDING!!!!!

I recently started having problems with a 16X Super Sniper scope that I have owned for at least 20 years(I'm getting old, kinda hard to remember exactly when I bought it.) I called SWFA and explained the issues I was having to a lady named Pat, without hesitation she told me to send it back with a note outlining the problem. I did as she asked and today my new scope arrived (no charge). That folks is simply fucking outstanding.

grats on the new glass and they are amazing, i had problems with an order i typed my old zip code in and it froze my order ( i recently moved and always use the old zip lol) i called them got right through and had the problem solved in less than 15 mins
