OK, this is rediculous! How does a guy get any trigger time with this crap?

Have never seen this much snow this late in the season, it's going to be spring tomorrow? Really? Just got 3.6 more inches last night, time to get the RWS model 36 and shoot in the basement. Im not really complaining, we need the moisture, but it wont be April til I get my bike out, I can shoot in my basement all year long. HA

Man...I dont know how ya do that cold weather....I always like to see the snow but that place is too cold for me, We had 80's here in Central Texas yesterday while I was out shooting...lol However... the summers are miserable!!!

Bunch of us Nebraskans shot a match in 28 degree weather (oh yeah... and 9-15 mph wind). Still fun to pull a trigger, but I was shaking like a leaf on a tree.

I don't see the problem, layer up on clothes and keep the truck running, shoot till your too cold and go warm up in the truck. Easy, that's what we did in minnesota from sept to april :)

Shot a match here in Utah back in January when it was -6* Was cold but a lot of fun.

Come on guys.... global warming is responsible for the unusual cold temps and higher snowfall in the midwest. Get with big Al's program!

Love the snow and cold hate the heat. Anything over 60 is to warm for work and I can't afford to sit by the lake with a cocktail in my hand when its 90. It is tough to garden in the frozen ground though.

It's funny how the warm weather guys think it's about the tempurature. For me it's the hassle of the snow & drifts, who cares about how cold it is. Been getting use to that yote hunting the last 3 months.

Feel your pain on the storms. Just getting another front in tonight and the winds are blowing at a consistent 30-35 mph. At this point I'll take 20 degrees, light wind, and frozen/clear grounds.

You people are just silly. We're at 239 inches thus far this season with 44 inches on the ground. Forecast is 18" PLUS tonight. Bitches you be trippin', you don't know how it hangs in da UP.

HAHAHAH! I just looked at this post on my wife's IPAD & my pics are upside down! WTF! They look fine on my laptop.... Gosh, I hate the new photobucket! Oh well..

What is wrong with the white stuff??? Send it back to us, we need the moisture!
We can shoot in the snow...no worries, but we can't grow a damn thing without the moisture!

Bah, that's a light winter in Houghton - let me know when it goes over 300" :p In the meantime, go enjoy that nice indoor range at the SDC.

Anytime I post a pic with my iPhone, I have the same problem. I think it's an apple programming issue....

If it is -20 F or warmer we will usually head out for some weekend range time.

Sure, maybe get some hand warmers so I can feel the trigger, ask a farmer in the area if I can shoot on his back 40, no ranges around here open that have more than 100yds, then do it again when our range opens and the temps come up some, you see Im working up some loads to shoot at 600yds comps we have during the summer, I need at least a 300yd range to figure out what this rifle is going to like. I can wait till it warms up, just had to bitch(usually dont do that) a little about what mother nature dumps on us.

We were 101° yesterday so I can complain, but I much rather deal with the nice heat than cold weather! !

Must be nice, I havent seen it below 35 degrees for more than 5 hours this year and no rain in 2 years, just light sprinkles.

Bob,,come on man...one coat in that weather..your killing me.lol....
I would be so bundled up, 2 wool jackets, 10 pairs of long johns.. there is no way I would be able to lift my arms up to reach the rifle, prone, let alone shoot it...lol

wish we had the snow it is dry as hell here. I agree winter is the best time to go to the range as there is no one there to bother you.

just had to bitch(usually dont do that)

With two new threads on this topic in the past few days as well as some comments in other threads, some may disagree with the latter half of the above statement.
