KRG Bravo Pic Thread

That is wild! Could you explain or link a video on how you do this!

I thought so too when I saw a stock done that way. A guy on another forum got the idea from his wife that does "Crafting", and was making some wood grain drink tumblers.
Just search "Wood Grain Tumblers" on YouTube, and you will see a bunch of video's on how to do it. I practiced on a couple of throw away takeoff stocks that I had laying around. It takes some practice to get the colors to look right. I didn't like using a "Chip" brush, and switched to a higher quality paint brush along with buying a cheap set of makeup brushes. You can make some neat looking wood grain and fancy figured looking designs with some practice.
The good thing is if you screw up, just pour some rubbing alcohol on a paper towel, and wipe everything off, and start over. When you get it done, just spray several coats of clear paint over it. I used a matte clear on mine.

M10 rings on a Nuke, but no ARC mag? Disappointing. LOL. JK. That's a sick setup!

For those of you running an Atlas with rail attached to the Bravo forend...are you using the included polymer rail or buying an aluminum rail?

I have the polymer rails on both my Bravo's and my Whiskey 3 chassis, never had any issues with them.

Anybody got a rimfire Bravo with a short barrel, say 16” to show me?

Not specifically, but this is a 20" t1x bravo. 16" would stop where the barrel goes from green to tan, before the scratch, lined up with the top of the black bipod leg locks.

Pretty much exactly what I needed. I don’t actively shoot PRS/NRL so I’m not sure I’m going to the bottom ARCA, but it looks like 16” might be too short to use KRG’s minimal spigot and a suppressor.

I'd reach out to KRG and see what they think. I can't find the length of the minimalist spigot on their website, but a quick google search turned up pictures of 18" builds with normal spigots and suppressors and it looked like they had a few inches to spare. You may be in luck...

Yes, Pro Varmint. The rail is very well made, excellent machining.
That looks like it might just work, I’ll have to call KRG to get the spigot length.

It is very well machined especially the lines of the ejection port, but the bubble is useless and frankly not a feature they should bother advertising. I’m looking at a Bscar now because I think locking through the top four screw holes is adequate (unlike in the 455 where there are no locking holes).

I have the minimalist spigot on another rifle. Looks like it would run pretty much even with the end of the barrel on my 457, withing a few thousands at least. Sticks out almost 4" past the end of the chassis/forend. If you need a different picture or measurement, let me know, be glad to help.
