sorry for the lack of updates. this is the final outcome. I have also linked to the complete thread on arf. https://www.ar15.com/forums/Armory/-update-3-28-AAC-lifetime-warranty-doesn-t-mean-lifetime----/20-487892/ My reply to the CSR: Thank you for the offer but I will have to decline. It...
I have an Evolution .40 currently sitting in repair. I was sent an email today which asked me to call today. I was told my can is "unrepairable" due to them not having parts. I was told my options were: 1. Sign a waiver stating can is unsafe to fire and have can sent back to me unrepaired and...
Another vote for the Rugged. Second choice would be the Dead Air. Dead Air no longer uses wipes as stated, just more baffles. There are a couple threads here addressing this. Here is one...

This is the message I get when trying to log in: The software is experiencing a systems error. You should attempt to repeat your last action. If this error occurs again, please contact the site administrator. Anyone else having this issue? Thanks!
If quick-detach is the deciding factor then Bobro is the option you need to look at. Otherwise, the Spuhr is fantastic. Finally, since it is a fine piece of German engineering, you could take a look at Era-Tac/Recknagel mounts as well.
If I was in the market right now (when is anyone NOT in the market....) for what you are looking for my money would go in this order: 1. Dead Air Ghost-M 2. Rugged Obsidian 3. SilencerCo Octane
