FYI egg nog makes the best french toast you will ever have!! Of course you have to put a little nut meg on it and then eat it with egg nog.

So far replacing my knee has had the best results. OK seriously turmeric and ginger are what I have found to work best for me for joint pain and inflammation.

Pro Ears stalker gold for me. I am amazed how much faster they shut off then my walkers do. I have been running then for about 5 years now. If I am shooting at a range, or hunting with other people (duck or dove) I use foam plugs underneath.
