    Rifle Scopes Kahles 6-24x56 gen3 vs 5-25x56

I havent been keeping up around here much the last year or so. Its funny how fast the opinions of scopes change around here. Do yourself a favor and buy used scopes from guys who always have to have the new latest and greatest.

HOW ARE YOU GUYS GETTING SINGLE DIGIT ES????

I could never keep my x47 case mouths from getting beat up. I tried several different ratios of pins and water and couldn't keep it from happening. It was bad enough I couldnt slide a bullet in and out of the case without some serious chamfering (before sizing just as a way to see how bad they...

Rifle Scopes Anyone else feel the next big thing will be digital?

I think your right. I can't imagine glass and mechanics getting much better than they are now. But its been on the horizon for a while I think and were starting to see the first few waves hit the shore.

    Bipod on concrete question

Don't over think it, its not any different than shooting with a bipod off a bench, table, hood, tire, post, roof, on on and on. Just try to be consistent as you can, as much as you can. And P.S., take everything you read on here with a grain of salt, I read some stupid shit on here sometimes...

HOW ARE YOU GUYS GETTING SINGLE DIGIT ES????

Precise neck tension is the most important in my opinion. Couple thing I had to learn was that a slick layer of carbon inside the neck is a good thing and SS tumbling can have some unintended consequences on your case necks if your not paying close attention.

Rifle Scopes Any drawbacks to the SMKR reticle?

I dont dial for windage. But elevation, yea I dial unless a stage won't allow it.

Rifle Scopes Any drawbacks to the SMKR reticle?

The only way Id pick it over a 624 would be if if I were trying to build a lighter gun. For me the turret clicks were to close together and harder to read. Dont get me wrong its a great little scope, I was just turned off pretty quick when I started dialing turrets. When having to change your...

Rifle Scopes Kahles 3.5-18 SKMR3 initial impressions

The clicks were definitely tight and hash marks on the turret are a little closer together and harder to read. 16 mil turrets just seem like something for an ELR rig. I wouldnt ever be much past half a rev. myself. Just seems like they should have spread it out a little for the size of scope it...

Rifle Scopes Kahles 3.5-18 SKMR3 initial impressions

Got to look at one today. Liked everything but the 16 mil turrets. That was a step in the wrong direction but can't make everybody happy I guess.

Rifle Scopes Any drawbacks to the SMKR reticle?

Jump on it. K624i's are great scopes. Got to look at a k318i today and I wouldn't trade my 624 for it.
