    Bolt and Lug Lube?

Go with Frog Lube. It doesn't really matter if you use the paste or the liquid. I use the liquid right now only because it is easier to apply to springs. In the past, I have used the paste. I am telling you this stuff is amazing and it isn't nasty like petroleum products. For the last ten years...

    My Mosin Nagant M-44 Scout

You will like the Timney trigger, but be forewarned, on a Mosin, you will need to hollow out part of the trigger area in the stock to make it fit. One are to hollow out is inside the stock, and another area is along the side of the receiver for the Timney's safety to come up. Also, which ATI...

if the mounts are locked down tight, sounds like the scope is the weak link. M1Amen

Automotive bearing grease is your friend for gun grease.

    m1a lubrication

+1 for this. automotive bearing grease is meant to keep high friction precision parts from overheating for millions of revolutions. Probably the very best thing out there for guns. That said I have used frog lube and I'm switching to it.

    And another. Home made casefeeder

the slot for the brass to fall through is cut shorter than the piece of brass. the base is the heavier side of the cartridge, so if the brass starts going neck first over the gap, then the neck will rest on the other side of the gap before the base has moved over the slot. Then the base will...

    Adjustable cheek hardware

Could you list the dimensions of the materials you used? I am wanting to make a similar riser and have been toying with various ways to do it as well.

Rifle Scopes Help me scope my M1A

Look into the Bushnell Elite series. They merged their 3200 and 4200 lines a few years ago and these are going to be very good scopes in the price range you are looking at. I would stick to scopes that have the 30mm tube and avoid anything with just a 1 inch tube because it won't give you enough...

Would you guys mind helping me look over this reloading supply list?

I completely agree on the giraud. I couldn't imagine sitting there with that prehistoric hand equipment to trim, chamfer and deburr 1,000 pieces. It would require the length of time since the inception of the universe until now. If you can't afford the giraud right now, go ahead with your setup...

99% alcohol is the recipe. Special order it at the pharmacy. 90% won't work.

I would lose the archaic vibratory tumbler and go with a rotary tumbler and stainless steel pins. M1Amen

    Gunsmithing My first gunstock blank

Hi Guys, I would like to go ahead and pursue making my own gunstock from a blank. This has been something I have wanted to do for a long time, and I am now ready to follow through with it. Could you guys recommend some books that cover the process from start to finish. I want to start with...

OCW vs Ladder at 200 yards

OCW for sure. I have done both methods and the OCW is better in my opinion.

    Dillon XL 650

I would love to have a 1050 with auto drive for things like sizing huge quantities of brass. If you were to pre-lube the cases with something like the DIY variant of Dillon's case lube, you could just put them up in that hopper and let them pass through the press with the push of a button. This...
