Re: AR15 failure to fire We got to looking at the disconnector and it looks like the adjustment screw backed out a little. When it was backed out more the problem got a lot worse. So we adjusted it in and put some lock-tight on it. He will try and test fire it tomorrow.

Re: AR15 failure to fire He's going to take a look at the disconnector tonight and see what the deal is. It sounds like the hammer is following the bolt as there is a mark on the primer of the round it picks up.

A friend of mine is having a problem with his AR not re-setting the trigger during firing. It started out doing it maybe once out of 100 shots but has progressively gotten worse. Last weekend it got to the point to where it did it 3 or 4 times per 20 round mag. It chambers the next round no...

Re: Why am I getting POI Change? I hope this image works. It was taken before I deburred it and filed the baffles flat. Originaly the hole was .01 over and now I opened it up .020 over. If I had to guess the recoil has got to be close to 50% less.

Re: Why am I getting POI Change? I cleaned up the muzzle brake and found a slight copper scuff mark on the top right at the end. I opened up the bore a little more but I haven't tried it yet. I am surprised the bullets were holding together and didn't disintegrate and they shot pretty good...

I just installed a muzzle brake on my .300 Win mag. Now there is a big point of impact change. With the muzzle brake on I am about a foot lower at a hundred yds. Is this abnormal? I bored the muzzle brake .02 over size and threaded both on the lathe so everything should me concentric.

Im shooting 71.3 gr. of rl22 with federal magnum match primers under a 190gr. berger vld in my .300 win mag. with a 26 in barrel. Im guessing its about 2800 fps. Just trying to get in the general area to do some comparisons. Thank you
