Re: SMOOOOTH action.... Just a Remington 700. I suppose I should just Google around to find a good article for a step by step approach for the best polish. I will go ahead and do that.

I suppose the best way to get a smooth action would be to buy a nice after-market bolt. Are there other ways to get a slick action that I can do on my own?

Re: AR-10 Issue Thanks for the tips guys. Sonic, I already dropped off the rifle, so I will see what the gunsmith comes up with. I'm sure he will figure it out pretty quick, but if not I will be sure to give you a call. I'll post the end result for anyone who is curious. Thanks again all.

Re: AR-10 Issue Well, I am not educated enough on the internals to figure out why it was misbehaving. Everything seemed okay on the surface but the select fire slips so I am guessing it has to do with that. I ended up dropping it off to a gunsmith at Bill's Gunshop downtown...

Re: Inglourious Basterds Yeah, Brad Pitt sounds absolutely terrible. Movie looks good but I think the main character will bother the crap out of me sucking about 50% of the enjoyment from the flick.
