Looming ligament repair on a fibula break from March of 24. Still have a tear. Didn’t have surgery initially. Still have constant pain and swelling. Noticeable limp. A friend suggested BPC 157 daily tablets and injections at site in ankle. Wondering if any of you guys have tried it for muscle/soft tissue/ligament repair

Nope broke fibula wayyyyyyy down by the ball of the ankle. Soccer.. dads vs lads. Plant, kick, back. Wet field and Adidas shoes.

Took it post surgery for a meniscus tear. Didn't take it post surgery for the second tear. No noticible difference in healing duration.

It certainly won't help heal a torn ligament. Surgery will be the only option.

By injections do you mean cortisone? I've always turned them down . Cortisone dissolves good tissue .

No, direct injury injection of BPC157. My concern is I don’t see it repairing true structural ligament damage. I also do think there’s enough tissue behind my fibula towards my foot for a subcutaneous injection lol.
