If he shot from where people are saying it is more like 140yd and from 45' elevation at 140yds it would be just over 6* down. I don't think elevation had anything to do with POI...or VERY little.

It was closer to 140 yards and you know darn well anyone on this forum could hit center of a pie tin at that range, and someone with no experience could watch a few YouTube videos, a few hours at a range, and hit the same shot. I couldn’t tell from the videos if it was suppressed or not. Sounded like down range of any CF rifle. Tried listening for the boom but audio wasn’t great and it was chaotic. At 140 yards there would have been little time delta between the bullet crack and the boom down range. Hard to say.

Haha not really...I just find it hard to believe someone could get a long gun within a few hundred yards of an on campus event and not a single camera would catch them. They would need a somewhat stable shooting position to pull this shot off....it's not like it was a walk by with a handgun
