What you call "moral/categorical" imperative, I learned as "Right from Wrong." And. yes, if i were my son, I'd turn him in. It's the "right" thing to do. Even at the risk of losing my other family members/wife, etc. I'd still do it. Because at EOD, I would, ultimately, have to live with myself and my God, although, I'd no longer have those others in my life. It's funny... when I argue with people about Capital Punishment, and they ask, "Can't you forgive the assailant?" I'd reply, "Absolutely I can... and I would. But what I cannot do is 'absolve responsibility' for the crime." Someone is still responsible for that crime and must pay the penalty for it. If that's a family member of mine, it would kill me to have to do it, but I'd do it anyway. These are the kinds of challenges Jesus spoke of that one might have to endure in his name. Doing the "right" thing is hard, sometimes, but you still have to do it. Hopefully, God would receive my son in Heaven so He could straighten him out.

The footnotes is what king James didn't like. From what I've heard, the 1611 king James was the last closest translation to the Geneva Bible.

The "Democrat" machine of hate, division and depravity needs to be dismantled - completely and within the legal bounds of our Republic. Financial audits, criminal investigations and indictments with teeth and merit that do not backfire like Letitia James' stunts. There is enough fraud and criminality to do them in.

We need to take the risks of a one party system with all that's rotten on our side. We cannot coexist with blatant evil. May the Lord bless our crusade with wisdom, grace and integrity.

Well, then there it is. I guess the prosecutor will have to decide if the demands of the public outweigh the requests of the family. I get why they may not want it. And why they might think that "Life without Parole" is a better punishment in re: the defendant themselves. That person would, then, have to live with what they've done for the rest of their lives. This, as opposed to a quick exit where he no longer suffers but his survivors do.

My instinct is that if the crime merits the "forfeiture of life," then it does. And, in Charlie's case, I think it absolutely does.

Quick story. . .

When I was about 19, I was helping re-roof part of my Grandma's barn with my BIL at the time.
I was on the roof screwing in some of the tin panels and my BIL was on a ladder nailing something around the eave.

He bent a nail, pulled it and went to flick it over the edge of the roof into a small scrap pile we had going close to me. He was not paying attention and when he slung the nail, he slammed his wrist into the corner edge of a roof panel. Blood shot about 4 or 5 feet across the roof toward my feet. BIL was a big dude. 6'7"ish and 275 but his face went white and he quickly got to the ground.

Scared the fuck out of me.
I bailed off the roof and got my shirt around his wrist in about 3 seconds. Roof was about 15 or 16 feet at the edge. I didn't use the ladder. I don't remember thinking about jumping off. At the moment it was like hoping off of the hood of a car to me. I was fucking scared and I know he was too. We piled into the truck, kept pressure on the wrist, had a shitty belt for a TQ but it probably helped. ER sewed him up.

I bet the shooter was amped up as much as I was so it is not big thing for me to see a healthy young male come off of a reasonable roof drop in this instance.

If the democrat party is completely destroyed, never to rise again, the Republican party would eventually split into two or more factions.

Then the process of another two-party system would start all over again.

Don't get me wrong, I'm all for the destruction of the democrat party. However, an even greater danger are the RINOs.

The frame before the one on the right, shows the left side (his left) shirt collar jumping up violently… initially I thought he had been hit in the neck, bullet entering on the right side and exiting on his left… makes sense I guess the alleged shooting location was accurate (didn’t make sense to me initially if that was the shooter if the bullet went through his neck from from right to left)

A) Someone needs to spend a couple mil to polish this up and put it on all networks. If they don't run it, pull their fucking license. This is historic fact and truth and needs to be broadcast.

B) Go through the history of the kids video streams. Collect what could have served as an impetus or accelerant of his hate and indict the creators/publishers of this material. Throw the fucking book (incitement of hate crime, aiding and abetting, etc.) at those who think they can get away with grooming violent pawns with their propaganda and brainwashing.

I watched this last night and Freitas recounts how the Democrats acted in VA after they secured the trifecta. I remember that time vividly. Post birth abortion (i.e. murder of a new brother/sister on this planet) laws justified with a smug reference to "elections have consequences". I called the VASP about the proposed draconian gun laws and asked them whether they really want to treat every traffic stop as a potential felony arrest. They responded that they are working on the "obvious problem".

Trying to find a common ground and attempting to find bipartisan consensus was alway a fool's errand but now it is undeniable. No more quarters given in the political and legal arena. If any RINO dares to side with the left side of the isle on ANY issue, I'll spend my own time and money to get him/her primaried.

Charlie offered, promoted and practiced dialog. The left chose to respond with inciting violence and is now justifying and even glorifying the murder of -wait- the one who carried the olive branch. We are done with diplomacy. Let's wage lawfare and political mugging like they should be familiar with. As they said: "Election have consequences". I am now fine if that consequence is the end of the DNC.
