    Re: Powder drops/measures. Which is most accurate? People that own Dillons say they can make pretty good match grade ammo with their measure and press with the right powder. The charge master by RCBS is a good consensus on what most people use for accurate ammo..with the really expensivE...

    Re: Best way to clean dies... All new dies should be cleaned... They ship with oil etc in them to keep them from rusting. Same with powder measures etc with bare metal parts...

    223 brass in 5.56 chamber ?

    Re: 223 brass in 5.56 chamber ? The difference between the two is not the brass but pressure limits fit the actual rifle chamber. As long as you load the cartridge @ .223 specs you will be fine. Don't use Nato specs to load .223 roundsI don't have a book in of me give you actual pressure...

    Starting to reload

    Re: Starting to reload What I did instead of buying virgin brass was to find look for cheap softpoint factory win ammo. It was about the same price, at the time, to buy 40 loaded rounds for the cost of 50 empties. I came up 10 short but I got the fun of emptying the brass... Just an Idea, B_R

    Re: 17 hornady hornet? anyone got one? @ beretta989 Shilen makes a ton of .17 barrels . I have an email into them to see if they plan to add the 17 hornet, sense they make a 17 Ackley hornet barrel. Krieger makes a .17 test barrel so I have an email into them about making a .17 blank.

    Re: RCBS RC Supreme or Redding T-7 press I have my presses on a 24" piece of 2x6 that I c-clamp to my reloading bench. I did this so when I want to clean my rifles I can unclamp them and set them under the bench.. Here is my bench without the presses. You can see one of the clamps...
